Description
塩阻止率(%)=100×{1−(透過水中の塩濃度/供給水中の塩濃度)}
供給水が膜透過した水量を、膜面1平方メートル当たり、1時間当たり、単位圧力当たりの透水量(リットル)でもって表した(L/m2・h・bar)。
ポリエステル不織布(通気度0.5〜1cc/cm2・sec)上にポリスルホンの15.7重量%DMF溶液を200μmの厚みで室温(25℃)でキャストし、ただちに純水中に浸漬して5分間放置することによって多孔性支持膜を作製した。
参考例1で得られた複合半透膜を10mg/mlのWSC水溶液に6時間浸漬した後、純水で洗浄し、複合半透膜を得た。得られた複合半透膜を評価したところ、膜透過流束、塩阻止率および耐久性(5MのNaCl水溶液に浸漬後の膜透過流束、塩阻止率)はそれぞれ表1に示す値であった。
参考例1に記載の方法で作製した多孔性支持膜を、10mg/mlのPAH水溶液を50mMのNaCl−イミダゾール溶液で10倍に希釈した高分子溶液に30分間浸漬した後、純水で洗浄した。つづいて、10mg/mlのWSCを含む、10mg/mlのPMA水溶液を50mMのNaCl−イミダゾール溶液で10倍に希釈した高分子溶液に30分間浸漬した後、純水で洗浄した。上記のPAH浸漬およびPMA浸漬の操作を交互に合計8回繰り返し、交互吸着膜を形成することにより、複合半透膜を得た。得られた複合半透膜を評価したところ、膜透過流束、塩阻止率はそれぞれ表1に示す値であった。
Claims (2)
- 多孔性支持膜と交互吸着膜からなる複合半透膜において、前記多孔性支持膜の表面上に正電荷を有する高分子と負電荷を有する高分子とを交互に吸着させて前記交互吸着膜を形成する工程A、および得られた交互吸着膜に架橋試薬を接触させる工程Bにより形成された複合半透膜であって、
前記正電荷を有する高分子が、ポリビニルアミン、ポリアリルアミン、ポリアニリン、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリビニルイミダゾリン、キトサン、ポリリシンおよびそれらの塩からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物であり、
前記負電荷を有する高分子が、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリグルタミン酸、ポリアミック酸、ポリチオフェン−3−アセティックアシッドおよびそれらの塩より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物であり、
前記架橋試薬がカルボジイミド型縮合剤、トリアジン型縮合剤、ウロニウム型縮合剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の試薬である複合半透膜。 - 多孔性支持膜の表面上に、正電荷を有する高分子と負電荷を有する高分子とを交互に吸着させて交互吸着膜を形成する工程A、および
得られた交互吸着膜に、カルボジイミド型縮合剤、トリアジン型縮合剤、ウロニウム型縮合剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の架橋試薬を接触させる工程Bを有する複合半透膜の製造方法であって、
前記正電荷を有する高分子として、ポリビニルアミン、ポリアリルアミン、ポリアニリン、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリビニルイミダゾリン、キトサン、ポリリシンおよびそれらの塩からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物を選ぶとともに、
前記負電荷を有する高分子として、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリグルタミン酸、ポリアミック酸、ポリチオフェン−3−アセティックアシッドおよびそれらの塩より選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物を選ぶことを特徴とする複合半透膜の製造方法。
