Claims (4)
- 空気供給源で生成される空気圧を、所定の圧力を有してブレーキを駆動する駆動圧に変換して出力する空制部と、
前記空気供給源、及び前記ブレーキ側と接続される外部ポートを有する第一面、並びに、前記空制部が接続される第二面を具備する管座とを備えたブレーキ制御装置であって、前記空制部は、
入力される空気圧を、調整または切り替えて出力する弁体を備えた弁ブロックと、
空気圧を入力する入力ポート及び空気圧を出力する出力ポートを具備し、開閉を切り替える複数の電磁弁と、
これら複数の電磁弁と電磁弁制御用配線によって電気的に接続されて、これら複数の電磁弁を電気的に制御するコントローラと、
複数の前記電磁弁の各前記入力ポート及び各前記出力ポートと接続される電磁弁接続用空気通路を具備し、前記入力ポート及び前記出力ポートと対応する前記電磁弁接続用空気通路が連通するようにして、複数の前記電磁弁が搭載されるとともに、前記管座または前記弁ブロックである支持部材に固定され、前記電磁弁接続用空気通路の少なくとも一つが前記支持部材に形成された支持部材内空気通路と連通するプレートと、
を有することを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置において、
前記複数の電磁弁と接続される各前記電磁弁制御用配線の少なくとも2つは、1つのコネクタにまとめられて前記コントローラと接続されている
ことを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2記載のブレーキ制御装置において、
前記空制部は、前記プレートに搭載されるとともに前記コントローラと圧力検出用配線で接続されて空気圧を検出する複数の圧力センサを有し、
前記プレートには、該圧力センサに接続されるセンサ用空気通路が形成されている
ことを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のブレーキ制御装置において、
前記弁ブロックは、前記弁体が挿入された弁体挿入部を有する筐体を具備し、
前記プレートは、該筐体における前記弁体挿入部の開口が形成された一面に固定されている
ことを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。
