Claims (6)
- 蒸気中で500℃を超える使用温度での向上された酸化挙動及び固体粒子エロージョンに対する向上した耐性を達成するためのフェライト/マルテンサイト9〜12%Cr鋼の表面処理方法であって、
a) 第一段階において、鋼粒子を用いて前記鋼の表面をショットピーニングすること、
及び
b) 次いで第二段階において、ガラス粒子を用いてショットピーニングすること、
を特徴とする前記方法。 - 600〜650℃の使用温度での向上された酸化挙動及び固体粒子エロージョンに対する向上した耐性を達成するためのフェライト/マルテンサイト9〜12%Cr鋼の請求項1に記載の方法。
- 次の第三段階において、0.5μm未満の粗さ(Ra)まで表面を平滑化することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 0.3μm未満の粗さ(Ra)まで表面を平滑化する請求項3に記載の方法。
- タービン部材への、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法の使用。
- 前記タービン部材がタービンブレードである請求項5に記載の方法の使用。
