Description
Claims (14)
- 水素と、硫黄含有炭化水素を含む残油炭化水素とを沸騰床水素化転化反応器に供給する工程と、
前記残油炭化水素の少なくとも一部を水素化処理生成物と水素化分解生成物の少なくとも1つに転化するために、前記水素と前記残油炭化水素を、予備調整され少なくとも一部硫化された水素化転化触媒と接触させる工程と、
間欠的にまたは連続的に、
金属酸化物を含む水素化転化触媒を予備反応器に供給する工程と、
水素と、硫黄含有化合物を含む残油炭化水素とを前記予備反応器に供給する工程と、
前記水素化転化触媒を、
i)前記金属酸化物の少なくとも一部の金属硫化物への転化と、
ii)触媒の予備調整と、が同時に行われる温度と圧力条件で、前記予備反応器内において前記水素と前記硫黄含有化合物に接触させる工程と、
硫黄含有率が低減した残油炭化水素を前記予備反応器から回収する工程と、
前記予備調整がされているとともに少なくとも一部が硫化された水素化転化触媒を、前記予備反応器から前記沸騰床水素化転化反応器に輸送する工程と、
を含む水素化転化法。 - 前記予備反応器に供給される前記水素化転化触媒が、新品の水素化転化触媒と再生された水素化転化触媒の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄含有率が低減した残油炭化水素を、前記沸騰床水素化転化反応器に供給する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄含有率が低減した残油炭化水素を前記沸騰床水素化転化反応器に供給する前に、前記水素とともに前記予備反応器に供給されたガスと未反応の水素の少なくとも1つを含む蒸気留分を回収するように、前記予備反応器から回収した前記硫黄含有率が低減した残油炭化水素を分離する工程をさらに含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記残油炭化水素が、常圧残油または減圧残油、脱瀝油、脱瀝ピッチ、水素化分解常圧塔または真空塔の塔底液、直留減圧軽油、水素化分解減圧軽油、流動接触分解スラリー油、沸騰床法からの減圧軽油、水素化処理生成物と水素化分解生成物の少なくとも1つ、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が、元素周期表の第4〜12族から選択される少なくとも1つの元素を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が、Co、Ni、W、およびMoの少なくとも1つを含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記予備反応器内の温度および圧力条件が、230℃〜450℃の範囲の温度と、1バール〜200バールの絶対圧力の範囲の圧力を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記輸送する工程が、
前記予備調整されているとともに少なくとも一部硫化された水素化転化触媒を、輸送媒体で流動化させる工程と、
流動化された触媒と輸送媒体とを、前記沸騰床水素化転化反応器に輸送する工程と、
を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記輸送媒体が、前記残油炭化水素を含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記予備反応器が、沸騰床反応器と固定床反応器の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化転化触媒を前記水素および前記硫黄含有化合物に接触させる工程が、前記金属酸化物の少なくとも30%を金属硫化物に転化する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化転化触媒を前記水素および前記硫黄含有化合物と接触させる工程が、前記金属酸化物の少なくとも50%を金属硫化物に転化する工程を含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 使用済み水素化転化触媒を、前記沸騰床水素化転化反応器から、連続的にまたは間欠的に抜き出す工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
