Claims (5)
1. Proces hidrokonverzije, naznačen time, da se sastoji od:
dovođenja vodika i ostatka ugljikovodika koji se sastoji od ugljikovodika koji sadržavaju sumpor u reaktor hidrokonverzije s vrijućim slojem (14);
dovođenje u kontakt, u hidrokonverzijskom reaktoru s vrijućim slojem (14), vodika i zaostalog ugljikovodika s barem djelomično sulfidiranim i prethodno kondicioniranim katalizatorom hidrokonverzije za pretvaranje barem dijela zaostalog ugljikovodika u barem jedan od hidrotretiranih proizvoda i ili jedan hidrokrekirani proizvod;
kontinuirano:
dovođenje svježeg ili regeneriranog katalizatora hidrokonverzije koji sadržava metalni oksid u predreaktor (22);
dovođenje vodika i ostatka ugljikovodika koji sadržava spojeve sa sumporom identične ostatku ugljikovodika koji je u kontaktu s vodikom u reaktoru za hidrokonverziju (14) u predreaktor (22);
dovođenje u kontakt katalizatora hidrokonverzije s vodikom i ostatkom ugljikovodika koji sadržava sumporne spojeve u predreaktoru (22) pri jačini rada nižoj od one koja se koristi u reaktoru hidrokonverzije pri temperaturi u rasponu od 230 do 450 °C i tlaku u rasponu od 0,1 do 20 MPa (1 do 200 bara), za istodobno:
i) pretvaranje najmanje 30 molarnih postotaka metalnog oksida u metalni sulfid; i
ii) predkondicioniranje katalizatora, čime se proizvodi niža razina naslaga ugljičnog koksa na česticama katalizatora hidrokonverzije; i izdvajanje zaostalog ugljikovodika sa smanjenim sadržajem sumpora iz
predreaktora (22); i
transport barem djelomično sulfidiranog i prethodno kondicioniranog katalizatora hidrokonverzije iz predreaktora (22) do reaktora za hidrokonverziju s vrijućim slojem (14) bilo kontinuirano ili povremeno, bez izazivanja bilo kakvih prekida procesa za reaktor hidrokonverzije s vrijućim slojem (14), pri čemu se dovođenje u kontakt katalizatora hidrokonverzije s vodikom i ostatkom ugljikovodika koji sadržava sumporne spojeve u predreaktoru (22) provodi tako da se ne koristi dodani spoj koji sadržava sumpor osim ostatka ugljikovodika koji sadržava ugljikovodike koji sadržavaju sumpor,
pri čemu postupak dalje uključuje :
kontinuirano ili povremeno uklanjanje istrošenog katalizatora iz hidrokonverzijskog reaktora s vrijućim slojem (14) i kontinuirana ili povremena zamjena istrošenog katalizatora svježim ili regeneriranim katalizatorom koji je prethodno sulfidiran i prethodno kondicioniran kako je definirano pod i) i ii), čime se izbjegava izravno uvođenje svježeg ili regeneriranog katalizatora u reaktor hidrokonverzije s vrijućim slojem (14) i pri čemu se provodi transport barem djelomično sulfidiranog i prethodno kondicioniranog katalizatora hidrokonverzije iz predreaktora (22) u reaktor za hidrokonverziju s vrijućim slojem (14) korištenjem ostataka ugljikovodika koji sadržavaju spojeve sa sumporom koji se koriste za dobivanje barem djelomično sulfidiranog i prethodno kondicioniranog katalizatora hidrokonverzije iz predreaktora (22).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da ostatak ugljikovodika sadržava najmanje jedno od sljedećeg: atmosferski ili vakuumski ostatak nafte, deasfaltirano ulje, deasfaltiranu smolu, hidrokrekirano dno atmosferskog ili vakuumskog tornja, primarno vakuumsko plinsko ulje, hidrokrekirano vakumsko plinsko ulje, fluidno katalitički krekirana suspenzijska ulja, vakuumsko plinsko ulje iz procesa s vrijućim slojem i najmanje jedan od hidrotretiranih proizvoda i hidrokrekiranih proizvoda.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da metalni oksid sadržava najmanje jedan element odabran iz skupina 4 do 12 periodnog sustava elemenata.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time, da metalni oksid sadržava najmanje jedan od Co, Ni, W i Mo.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da dovođenje u kontakt svježeg ili regeneriranog katalizatora hidrokonverzije s vodikom i spojevima koji sadržavaju sumpor uključuje pretvaranje najmanje 50 posto metalnog oksida u metalni sulfid.
