Claims (9)
- 液体流路となる複数の孔が形成された複数のプレートが接着剤を介して互いに積層された積層体を有する液体吐出ヘッドであって、
前記プレートの表面には、
前記孔の開口をそれぞれ取り囲む個別の接着代である個別接着代と、
前記個別接着代の周囲に形成され前記個別接着代の外縁を画定する溝と、
前記個別接着代同士を連結する接着代であり前記孔同士を結ぶ方向に平行に延びる接着代ブリッジとが設けられているとともに、
前記複数の孔が一方向に沿って配列されており、
前記複数の個別接着代同士を連結する複数の前記接着代ブリッジが、前記一方向に平行な一仮想直線上に配置されており、
前記個別接着代が、前記一方向に直交する方向に関する一端近傍において前記接着代ブリッジと連結していることを特徴とする液体吐出ヘッド。 - 1つの前記個別接着代の面積Saと1つの第1の前記接着代ブリッジの面積SbとがSb≦Saを満たしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 0.2≦Sb/Sa≦1.0を満たしていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記接着代ブリッジが、前記孔同士を結ぶ方向に平行な直線状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- いずれの前記個別接着代も、他のいずれかの前記個別接着代と前記接着代ブリッジを介して連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記個別接着代同士が部分的に重なり合って結合した結合接着代が形成されており、
前記結合接着代同士を第2の前記接着代ブリッジが連結していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 1つの前記結合接着代の面積Scと1つの前記第2の接着代ブリッジの面積Sdとが、0.2≦Sd/Sc≦1.0を満たしていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記個別接着代の外縁が、前記孔の開口の外縁から等距離の位置に沿っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記溝が大気に開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
