Claims (12)
- 屈折率n1を有するコアと、前記コアを取り囲み屈折率n1より小さい屈折率n2を有する第1クラッドと、前記第1クラッドを取り囲み屈折率n2より小さい屈折率n3を有する第2クラッドと、前記第2クラッドを取り囲み屈折率n3より大きい屈折率n4を有する第3クラッドとを備え、
前記第3クラッドの屈折率n4を基準として、前記コアの比屈折率差が0.3%〜0.38%の範囲にあり、前記第1クラッドの比屈折率差が−0.3%〜0.2%の範囲にあり、前記第2クラッドの比屈折率差が−1.8%〜−0.5%の範囲にあり、
前記第2クラッドの内半径r2 (単位μm)、前記第2クラッドの外半径r3 (単位μm)とが式:
0.4r2+10.5<r3<0.2r2+16
を満たし、かつ、前記第2クラッドの内半径r2が8μm以上であり、
波長1550nmにおける曲率半径7.5mmでの曲げ損失が0.1dB/ターンより小さく、波長1625nmにおける曲率半径4mmでの曲げ損失が0.1dB/ターンより大きく、
前記第2クラッドが濃度C OH (単位ppm)のOHを含み、前記コアの半径r 1 (単位μm)と前記第1クラッドの外半径r 2 (単位μm)とが式:

を満たし、波長1380nmにおける伝送損失が0.38dB/kmより小さく、

ガラス部の表面にカーボンコート層が設けられている光ファイバ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバの周囲に設けられた外被と、
前記光ファイバと前記外被との間に設けられたケブラーと
を備える光ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバを覆う外被と
を備え、ケブラーを有さず、外径が3mmより小さい光ケーブル。 - 請求項4に記載の光ケーブルにおいて、
温度−30℃での波長1550nmにおけるロス増が0.1dB/kmより小さい光ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバと平行して設けられたテンションメンバと、
前記光ファイバおよび前記テンションメンバを覆う外被と
を備え、前記光ファイバに沿って前記外被の表面に凹部を有する光ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバを覆う外被と
を備え、テンションメンバを有さず、前記光ファイバに沿って前記外被の表面に凹部を有する光ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバを複数本備え、
これら複数本の光ファイバが並列配置され一括して樹脂で被覆されてなり、活線分岐作業中の作業中の波長1550nmにおけるロス増が0.5dB/km/秒より小さい光ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバと、
螺旋形に形成された前記光ファイバを覆う外被と
を含み、前記光ファイバの曲率半径が7.5mm以下である光ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバ複数本と、
螺旋形に形成された前記複数本の光ファイバを覆う外被と
を含み、前記複数本の光ファイバ各々の曲率半径が7.5mm以下である光ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバが収納されてなる光モジュール。
- 請求項3〜10の何れか1項に記載の光ケーブルにより信号光を伝送する光伝送システム。
