Claims (4)
- 弁座(10)を有する弁ボディ(5)と,この弁ボディ(5)に接合されるソレノイド支持体(6)と,前記弁座(10)に着座する弾性材製の弁体(24)と,この弁体(24)を支持して前記ソレノイド支持体(6)に摺動自在に支持されるプランジャ(21)と,このプランジャ(21)を囲繞しながら前記弁体(24)を前記弁座(10)との着座方向に付勢するコイルばね(28)と,前記ソレノイド支持体(6)に取り付けられ,通電時,前記コイルばね(28)の付勢力に抗して前記プランジャ(21)を前記弁体(24)の全開側に作動するソレノイド(14)とよりなる電磁弁において,
前記プランジャ(21)の前記弁座(10)側の端部に第1環状段部(21a′)を介して連なる第1小径軸部(21a)を,またこの第1小径軸部(21a)の端部に第2環状段部(21b′)を介して連なる第2小径軸部(21b)をそれぞれ連設し,前記弁体(24)を,前記第2小径軸部(21b)に気密に嵌合,固着されるボス部(24a)と,このボス部(24a)を囲繞して前記弁座(10)に着座する着座部(24c)と,これらボス部(24a)及び着座部(24c)を相互に傾動可能に接続する可撓部(24b)とで構成し,前記第1小径軸部(21a)には,前記ボス部(24a)及び着座部(24c)に当接して前記コイルばね(28)の可動端部を支持するばね座板(23)を傾動可能に遊嵌したことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において,
前記弁体(24)の端面に前記ボス部(24a)を囲繞する環状溝(26)を形成し,この環状溝(26)と反対側の該弁体(24)の薄肉部で前記環状の可撓部(24b)を構成したことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電磁弁において,
前記第2小径軸部(21b)の端部に第3環状段部(21c′)を介して第3小径軸部(21c)を連設し,この第3小径軸部(21c)に固着される保持部材(25)と前記第2環状段部(21b′)とで前記ボス部(24a)を気密に挟持し,この保持部材(25)を,その外径(D2)が前記環状の可撓部(24b)の中心径(D1)より大となるように形成したことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において,
前記コイルばね(28)の,前記ばね座板(23)に当接する可動端部(28a)を,ばね線材の数回の密着巻きにより,前記第1環状段部(21a′)及び前記ばね座板(23)間に生じる間隙(S1)より大なる軸方向厚み(S2)を有する厚肉端部(28a)に形成したことを特徴とする電磁弁。
