Claims (13)
- シグナル線を囲むグランド導体が設けられた同軸ケーブルと、
前記シグナル線に電気的に接続されるシグナル端子と、
前記グランド導体に電気的に接続され、前記シグナル端子の周囲の一部に配置されるグランド端子と、
前記シグナル端子と前記グランド端子とが取り付けられる、誘電体で構成された支持絶縁部と、
前記グランド端子に電気的に接続されると共に、前記シグナル端子の周囲の他部であって、前記シグナル端子との間に前記支持絶縁部が位置するように配置される補助グランド導体と、
を備え、
前記グランド端子の先端部と前記シグナル端子の先端部とは、同方向に延びる板状に形成され、幅方向に並列し、
前記補助グランド導体は、前記シグナル端子の先端部と前記グランド端子の先端部とに前記支持絶縁部を挟んで対向するように配置される、
ことを特徴とするケーブルアッセンブリ。 - 同軸ケーブルのシグナル線に電気的に接続されるシグナル端子と、
前記同軸ケーブルのグランド導体に電気的に接続され、前記シグナル端子の周囲の一部に配置されるグランド端子と、
前記シグナル端子と前記グランド端子とが取り付けられる、誘電体で構成された支持絶縁部と、
前記グランド端子に電気的に接続されると共に、前記シグナル端子の周囲の他部であって、前記シグナル端子との間に前記支持絶縁部が位置するように配置される補助グランド導体と、
を備え、
前記グランド端子の先端部と前記シグナル端子の先端部とは、同方向に延びる板状に形成され、幅方向に並列し、
前記補助グランド導体は、前記シグナル端子の先端部と前記グランド端子の先端部とに前記支持絶縁部を挟んで対向するように配置される、
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記シグナル端子および前記グランド端子が挿入される挿入孔が形成された筐体を更に備え、
前記補助グランド導体は、前記筐体に保持される、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記筐体には、前記補助グランド導体の少なくとも一部が挿入される、前記挿入孔と連続する接触用孔が形成される、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記接触用孔内および前記補助グランド導体には、前記接触用孔内で前記補助グランド導体を固定する機構が設けられる、
請求項4に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記補助グランド導体は、前記同軸ケーブルとの接触により弾性変形し、前記グランド端子に電気的に接続される弾性アームを有する、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記グランド端子は、前記シグナル端子の基端部を少なくとも半周分取り囲む半筒状の半筒状部を有し、
前記補助グランド導体は、前記半筒状部の開放側に配置される、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 複数の前記補助グランド導体に繋がる共通導体部が設けられる、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記各補助グランド導体に、幅方向に横断する肉薄部が形成される、
請求項8に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記筐体は、前記挿入孔の開口が形成された開口形成面の周囲から当該コネクタの挿抜方向に延び、前記開口形成面を底面とする凹部を形成する延長部を有する、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記延長部の先端部に、前記開口形成面の外方に張り出すフランジ部が設けられる、
請求項10に記載のコネクタ。 - 当該コネクタが、雄型コネクタとされ、相手方となる雌型コネクタに嵌合するときに、前記延長部が、前記雌型コネクタの外側に位置する、
請求項10に記載のコネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のケーブルアッセンブリを備えることを特徴とする半導体試験装置。
