Description
前記弁座は、磁性材料からなり、
前記弁体は、前記弁座に着座して前記弁孔を閉鎖可能な磁性材料からなる蓋体と、前記案内部材に案内される非磁性材料からなる被案内部材とを有し、
前記弁座及び前記蓋体の一方には、永久磁石が設けられ、前記永久磁石の吸引力により前記弁体が前記弁座に接近するように付勢され、
前記永久磁石は、前記弁体が前記弁座に対して着座又は離座する領域から外れた位置に取り付けられていることを特徴とする(請求項1)。
前記吐出室又は前記吐出室に連通する吐出通路に上記差圧制御弁が配設されていることを特徴とする(請求項8)。
図1に示すように、実施例1の差圧制御弁100は容量可変型斜板式圧縮機(以下、単に「圧縮機」という。)に組み付けられて逆止弁として機能するものである。この圧縮機は、シリンダブロック1に複数個のシリンダボア1aが同心円状に等角度間隔でそれぞれ平行に形成されている。シリンダブロック1は、前方に位置するフロントハウジング3と後方に位置するリヤハウジング5とに挟持され、この状態で締結されている。シリンダブロック1とフロントハウジング3とによって内部にクランク室9が形成されている。ここで、図1における紙面左側が前方であり、紙面右側が後方である。図2及び図4〜図8も同様である。
図7に示すように、実施例2の差圧制御弁200は、実施例1の差圧制御弁100における永久磁石150の代わりに、弁座110に固定された永久磁石250を採用するとともに、バネ140を無くしている。その他の構成は、実施例1の差圧制御弁100と同様である。このため、実施例1と同一の構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略又は簡略する。
図8に示すように、実施例3の差圧制御弁300は、実施例1の差圧制御弁100における永久磁石150の代わりに、弁座110に固定された永久磁石350を採用するとともに、バネ140を無くしている。その他の構成は、実施例1の差圧制御弁100と同様である。このため、実施例1と同一の構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略又は簡略する。

Claims (8)
- 流体が通過する弁孔が形成された弁座と、前記弁座に対して下流側に位置し、上流側と下流側との圧力差に応じて前記弁座に対して着座又は離座することにより、前記弁孔を開閉する弁体と、前記弁座に固定され、前記弁体を案内する案内部材とを備える差圧制御弁において、
前記弁座は、磁性材料からなり、
前記弁体は、前記弁座に着座して前記弁孔を閉鎖可能な磁性材料からなる蓋体と、前記案内部材に案内される非磁性材料からなる被案内部材とを有し、
前記弁座及び前記蓋体の一方には、永久磁石が設けられ、前記永久磁石の吸引力により前記弁体が前記弁座に接近するように付勢され、
前記永久磁石は、前記弁体が前記弁座に対して着座又は離座する領域から外れた位置に取り付けられていることを特徴とする差圧制御弁。 - 前記案内部材は非磁性材料からなる請求項1記載の差圧制御弁。
- 前記弁体を前記弁座に向かって付勢するバネを備えている請求項1又は2記載の差圧制御弁。
- 前記永久磁石は、前記弁孔と同心の環状である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の差圧制御弁。
- 前記永久磁石は、前記弁孔回りの座面から離れた位置で前記弁座に固定されている請求項4記載の差圧制御弁。
- 前記被案内部材は、前記蓋体が嵌合される開口と、前記開口を介して挿入される前記永久磁石を保持する保持空間とを有し、
前記永久磁石は、前記保持空間に保持された状態で前記開口に前記蓋体が嵌合されることにより、前記蓋体の下流側に固定されている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の差圧制御弁。 - 前記永久磁石は、サマリウム−コバルト磁石である請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の差圧制御弁。
- 圧縮室と吐出室とを備え、前記圧縮室内に吸入された流体を圧縮して前記吐出室に吐出可能であるととともに、前記圧縮室から前記吐出室に吐出される前記流体の吐出容量を変更可能に構成された容量可変型圧縮機であって、
前記吐出室又は前記吐出室に連通する吐出通路に請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の前記差圧制御弁が配設されていることを特徴とする容量可変型圧縮機。
