Description
ターゲットの表面に所定のエネルギー線源からエネルギー線を照射し、被写体に対する照射面積とほぼ同一の大きさとなるように前記ターゲットからX線を発生させる工程と、
前記X線を分光器に入射させ、前記X線から波長及び波長幅を選択されるとともに、平行光となった平行X線を生成する工程と、
を具えることを特徴とする、X線発生方法に関する。
エネルギー線照射によりX線を発生させるためのターゲットと、
前記X線が被写体に対する照射面積とほぼ同一の大きさとなるように前記エネルギー線を生成し、このエネルギー線を前記ターゲットに対して照射するためのエネルギー線源と、
前記X線を入射させ、前記X線から波長及び波長幅を選択するとともに、平行X線を生成するための分光器と、
を具えることを特徴とする、X線発生装置に関する。
前記エネルギー線は前記回転式対陰極の回転による遠心力に抗して存在する部分に照射するようにする。これによって、前記ターゲットの、前記エネルギー線が照射された部分が溶解した場合においても、この溶解部分が外方へ飛散するのを効果的に抑制することができるようになる。また、前記ターゲット上の前記エネルギー線の照射位置を回転軸方向に沿って簡易にシフトさせることができるので、高輝度のX線をより長時間安定的に発生させることができる。

Claims (6)
- ターゲットの表面に所定のエネルギー線源からエネルギー線を照射し、被写体に対する照射面積とほぼ同一の大きさとなるように前記ターゲットからX線を発生させる工程と、
前記X線を、水晶、グラファイト、ゲルマニウム、シリコン及びLiFからなる群より選ばれる材料からなり、X線表面反射型結晶板として機能する平板状の結晶板又は平板状のX線用多層膜反射板に入射させ、前記X線から波長及び波長幅を選択されるとともに、平行光となった平行X線を生成する工程とを具え、
前記結晶板は2以上の組み合わせからなり、
前記エネルギー線により、前記ターゲット表面の、前記エネルギー線照射部の少なくとも一部を溶解することを特徴とする、X線発生方法。 - 前記X線を前記結晶板又は前記X線用多層反射板に入射させる以前に、不要な長波長成分を除去するための吸収板及びスリットの少なくとも一方を透過させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線発生方法。
- 前記吸収板はアルミ板であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のX線発生方法。
- エネルギー線照射によりX線を発生させるためのターゲットと、
前記X線が被写体に対する照射面積とほぼ同一の大きさとなるように前記エネルギー線を生成し、このエネルギー線を前記ターゲットに対して照射するためのエネルギー線源と、
前記X線を入射させ、前記X線から波長及び波長幅を選択するとともに、平行光となった平行X線を生成するための、水晶、グラファイト、ゲルマニウム、シリコン及びLiFからなる群より選ばれる材料からなる平板状の結晶板又は平板状のX線用多層膜反射板とを具え、
前記結晶板は2以上の組み合わせからなり、
前記エネルギー線により、前記ターゲット表面の、前記エネルギー線照射部の少なくとも一部を溶解することを特徴とする、X線発生装置。 - 前記X線を前記分光器に入射させる以前に、不要な長波長成分を除去するべく前記X線を透過させるための吸収板及びスリットの少なくとも一方を具えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のX線発生装置。
- 前記吸収板はアルミ板であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のX線発生装置。
