Description
(1)有機汚泥:下水汚泥、し尿汚泥(浄化槽汚泥、農業集落排水汚泥)、食品産業排水汚泥、アオコ・底泥等がこの範疇に含まれる。
(2)食品加工残さ:ビールかす、焼酎かす、おから(豆腐かす)、製糖残さ、果汁残さ、コーヒーかす、茶かす、畜産残さ等がこの範疇に含まれる。
(3)林産残さ、植物残さ:パルプ廃液、バーク、おがくず、チップダスト、剪定枝葉、バガス、籾殻、わら類、バナナの幹・葉茎等がこの範疇に含まれる。
(4)生活ごみ:厨茶類(生ごみ)、衣類、プラスチック廃材、都市収集可燃ごみ、事業系生ごみ等がこの範疇に含まれる。
(5)畜産廃棄物:家畜ふん尿、鳥糞等がこの範疇に含まれる。
(6)水産廃棄物:魚腸骨、へい死魚等がこの範疇に含まれる。
(7)上記列記した物を二以上混合した物も廃棄物の概念に含まれる。

Claims (7)
- 都市ごみを含む廃棄物を破砕した後に1.5m以上2.5m以下の高さに堆積させるとともに、堆積物を好気性発酵させ、発酵処理後の処理品をセメント焼成設備に搬入してセメント製造用原燃料として使用する廃棄物のセメント原燃料化方法であって、
前記発酵処理において、1分間当たり、前記堆積物の容量に対して1%以上10%以下の容量の空気を供給しながら5日間以上7日間以下に亘って前記堆積物の好気性発酵を促し、コンポスト化には至らないがセメント製造用原燃料として使用できる状態に発酵させた後、
1分間当たり、前記堆積物の容量に対して20%以上300%以下の容量の空気を供給しながら1日間以上2日間以下に亘って前記堆積物を冷却し、前記堆積物の発酵を抑制することを特徴とする廃棄物のセメント原燃料化方法。 - 前記発酵処理において、前記堆積物の下方から空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物のセメント原燃料化方法。
- 前記堆積物は、難分解性バイオマスと易分解性バイオマスとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄物のセメント原燃料化方法。
- 前記破砕処理において、前記廃棄物を100mm以下に破砕することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の廃棄物のセメント原燃料化方法。
- 前記発酵処理後の処理品を20mm以下に二次破砕し、前記セメント焼成設備に搬入することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の廃棄物のセメント原燃料化方法。
- 都市ごみを含む廃棄物を破砕する破砕機と、
該破砕機によって破砕された廃棄物を1.5m以上2.5m以下の高さに堆積させた状態で、1分間当たり、堆積物の容量に対して1%以上10%以下の容量の空気を前記堆積物に供給しながら前記堆積物の好気性発酵を促し、コンポスト化には至らないがセメント製造用原燃料として使用できる状態に発酵させた後、1分間当たり、前記堆積物の容量に対して20%以上300%以下の容量の空気を供給しながら該堆積物を冷却し、該堆積物の発酵を抑制する堆積式発酵設備とを備えることを特徴とするセメント製造用原燃料製造設備。 - 請求項6に記載のセメント製造用原燃料製造設備が付設されることを特徴とするセメント製造工場。
