Description
本願は、2006年4月4日に出願した米国仮特許出願第60/788,896号の優先権を主張する。
(発明の分野)
本発明は、自動化システムの構築に関し、更に特定すれば、建造物内における多数の場所を監視し制御するためのコンピュータ・ソフトウェアに基づくコントローラを有する自動化システムの構築に関する。
コンピュータ・ソフトウェアに基づくコントローラは、建造物自動化システムにおいて、構築物の設備を監視し制御するために用いられることが多い。しかしながら、建造物設備(照明、HVAC、防火、セキュリティ、公共料金の計量、進入管理等)に関する種々の機能の動作および制御は、統合化されていない場合が多い。一般に、建造物内においてこのような機能を遂行するためには、別個の異なるシステムを利用する。多くの場合、これらの専用システムは、異なる建造物機能を遂行するために用いられ、独立して動作し、互いに効果的に情報を調整しない場合が多い。既存のシステムにおける二進入力オブジェクト、二進出力オブジェクト、ファイル・オブジェクト、およびコマンド・オブジェクトを含むソフトウェア・オブジェクトの修正、作成、および伝達の履歴は、それらの使用後消滅する。オブジェクトの部分的な履歴を記憶するために「トレンド・ログ・オブジェクト」(trend log object)を確立してある場合であっても、この構造は、共通のトリガに対する様々なシステムの応答のシーケンスを追従する能力に欠けている。
このアルゴリズムでは、「イベント」という用語は、ゾーン・コントローラに収容されているいずれかのオブジェクトへの変更を意味することができる。
Claims (7)
- 複数のデバイスを各々含む複数の建造物制御サブシステムを有する建造物制御システムであって、前記建造物制御システムはゾーン・コントローラを備えており、前記ゾーン・コントローラは、
前記サブシステムからデータを収集することと、
前記収集したデータを格納することと、
関係するイベントのシーケンスに基づいて、建造物における挙動のパターンを判定するために、前記格納したデータを分析することと
によって、カスタム化した報告を生成し、
前記建造物制御システムからのソフトウェア・オブジェクトを部分集合にグループ化することであって、該クループ化は、所定の判断基準または論理的に検査したオカレンスの集合によってトリガされる、ことと、
インデックス化した部分集合を形成するために、関連性、関係、または因果関係のうち少なくとも1つに基づいて前記部分集合をインデックス化することと、
グループ化オブジェクト・シーケンスを形成するために、前記インデックス化した部分集合に名称、ラベル、識別番号、アドレス、またはその均等物を割り当てることと、
前記グループ化オブジェクト・シーケンスを格納することと
によって、制御アクション・シーケンスを記録するように構成された、建造物制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の建造物制御システムであって、パワー・オーバー・イーサネット(POE)接続部を介して、前記ゾーン・コントローラに電力が供給される、建造物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の建造物制御システムにおいて、前記ゾーン・コントローラは、前記サブシステム内にあるデバイスから異なるプロトコルによって送られるソフトウェア・オブジェクトを読み込むように更に構成された、建造物制御システム。
- 請求項1記載の建造物制御システムであって、前記ゾーン・コントローラは、前記所定の判断基準または前記論理的に検査したオカレンスの集合に応答して制御アクション・シーケンスを実行するように更に構成され、前記制御アクション・シーケンスが、制御アクションの所定のシーケンスを含み、該制御アクションの各々が、前記デバイスの1つのものの状態に作用する、建造物制御システム。
- 請求項1記載の建造物制御システムにおいて、前記ゾーン・コントローラは、ポイント・オブジェクトをエリア・オブジェクト、システム・オブジェクト、コントローラ・オブジェクト、およびサブシステム・オブジェクトと関連付けることによって、ソフトウェア・オブジェクトをグループ化するように更に構成され、前記ポイント・オブジェクトは、1つよりも多いエリア・オブジェクト、1つよりも多いシステム・オブジェクト、1つよりも多いコントローラ・オブジェクト、および1つよりも多いサブシステム・オブジェクトとの論理的関連付けを受けることができる、建造物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の建造物制御システムにおいて、前記建造物制御システムは、建造物における異なるドアと関連した進入制御デバイスを更に備え、また、非進入制御デバイスを更に備えており、前記ゾーン・コントローラは、
第1ドアと関連した進入制御デバイスの状態に、第2ドアと関連した進入制御デバイスの状態が変化したときに、作用するか、
前記第2ドアと関連した前記進入制御デバイスの状態が変化したときに、前記第1または第2のドアの少なくとも一方に隣接する少なくとも1つの物理的エリアと関連付けられた非進入制御デバイスの状態に作用するか、または、
前記第1または第2のドアの少なくとも1つと関連した前記進入制御デバイスの状態が変化したときに、複数の物理的エリアと関連付けられた非進入制御デバイスの状態に作用する
ように構成された、建造物制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の建造物制御システムにおいて、前記ゾーン・コントローラのI/Oモジュールと結合されたセンサおよびアクチュエータを更に備え、前記ゾーン・コントローラは、更に、前記センサおよびアクチュエータから受けた信号に応答して建造物環境パラメータを制御するように構成され、前記建造物環境パラメータは、温度、湿度、光レベル、空気の質、エネルギ使用率、煙レベル、または物理的進入のうち少なくとも1つを含む、建造物制御システム。
