Description
b)気曝工程は、パルプの落下速度を和らげ、パルプの所定の部分がペレットと接触する際にパルプが突発的に圧縮されるのを防ぎ、突出を防止する。
c)気泡は、パルプとペレット間の衝撃を和らげる緩衝剤のように作用する。
Claims (5)
- 液体またはパルプ気曝装置であって、
リンクを有する隣接するチェーンのセットであって、これら隣接するチェーンが連続して並べられてチェーンカーテンを形成するよう構成された隣接するチェーンのセットと、
前記隣接するチェーンセットに液体またはパルプを放出する散布ノズルと、を有し、
前記液体またはパルプが前記チェーンリンクを通って流れることで各リンク内、リンク間及び隣接するチェーン間に膜が形成され、これらの膜同士が相互作用してこれらの間に空気を取り込んで気泡を形成し、これらの気泡によって、発泡パルプが形成される、液体またはパルプ気曝装置。 - i)アプリケーションモジュールであって、管から構成された第1の部品と、菅から構成されるとともにその菅の軸に沿って自由に回転させることができる散布ノズルを備えて前記第1の部品に連結された第2の部品と、を備えたアプリケーションモジュール、
ii)前記チェーンカーテンを形成するよう構成された隣接するチェーンのセットを備えた気曝及び散布モジュール、
iii)前記パルプから外れた流れを元に戻すように前記気曝及び散布モジュールの前記チェーンに対して傾斜した前板及び後板を備えた照準モジュール、
iv)前記アプリケーションモジュールからの飛沫を閉じこめるための、前記アプリケーションモジュールの下に配置されたボックスを備えたレセプタモジュール、及び、
v) 前記他のモジュールを支持する構造モジュールを有する、請求項1記載の液体またはパルプ気曝装置。 - 前記散布ノズルの自由端は、矩形の開口を有する平坦な構成とされた、請求項2記載の液体またはパルプ気曝装置。
- 前記構造モジュールは、他のモジュールを支持する金属製の輪郭を備える、請求項2記載の液体またはパルプ気曝装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の液体またはパルプ気曝装置で液体またはパルプの気曝を行う方法であって、
散布ノズルを通じて、前記チェーンカーテンを形成するよう構成されたリンクを備えた隣接するチェーンのセットに液体またはパルプを放出し、
前記隣接するセットのリンクを通じて、重力により、液体またはパルプを流し、
前記液体またはパルプは、チェーンと相互作用し、前記液体またはパルプ及び隣接するチェーンとの相互作用によって、各リンク内、リンク間及び隣接するチェーン間に膜が形成され、これらの膜同士が相互作用して空気をその間に取り込み、かつ、
前記膜の間で空気を取り込むことで、液体またはパルプの気曝を行う気泡が生成される、方法。
