Description
図1に示すように、1はアルミニウム製の弁本体で、弁本体1の一端には流出孔2が穿設されている。弁本体1には流出孔2に連接して流出孔2よりも大径で流出孔2と同軸上に挿入孔4が形成されると共に、挿入孔4には大径部6が形成されている。大径部6は弁本体1の他方の端側に開口されている。挿入孔4の流出孔2側の底面5には径方向から穿設された流入孔8が設けられている。
流入孔8に流体としての高圧水素ガスが図示しないガスタンクから供給されると、流入孔8を介して、作用室16に高圧水素ガスが導入されると共に、作用室16から小流入孔28を介して、摺動孔26に高圧水素ガスが導入される。
このように、案内部材10が弁本体1に固定されないため、挿入孔4内で案内部材10に対して高圧流体が作用しても案内部材10には引張力が作用しない。よって、高圧水素ガスの圧力をより高圧にしても、案内部材10の径方向の厚みの増大を抑制でき、電磁弁の大型化を抑制できる。また、案内部材10と固定鉄心56とが同一方向に付勢されるので、固定鉄心56と案内部材10とを固定しても案内部材10に引張力が作用しない。
尚、パイロット弁体54は、鋼球に限らず、ポペット弁体のような形状のものでもよい。また、本実施形態では、セミパイロット型の電磁弁を例としているが、これに限らず、パイロット弁体54やパイロット弁座部材52等を設けていない直動型でも、あるいは、パイロット型でも実施可能である。
Claims (6)
- 流体の流入孔と流出孔とが設けられた弁本体と、
前記流入孔と前記流出孔との間に設けられた弁座に着座する弁体と、
前記弁体を前記弁座から離間させて前記流入孔と前記流出孔とを連通させる可動鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心をコイルへの通電により吸引して軸方向に駆動する固定鉄心と、を備え、
前記弁本体は、案内部材を挿入する挿入孔を有し、
前記案内部材は、前記可動鉄心が軸方向に移動可能な摺動孔を有すると共に、前記弁本体に対して摺動可能に前記挿入孔に配置して前記流体の圧力で付勢され、
前記弁本体は、前記流体の圧力で付勢された前記案内部材を受け止める止め部を有し、
前記止め部は、前記挿入孔の開口を閉塞する蓋部材であることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記固定鉄心は、前記可動鉄心と前記蓋部材との間に配置され、
前記挿入孔は、前記流入孔に連通し、
前記流入孔から導入された前記流体の圧力が、前記案内部材と前記固定鉄心とを同一方向に付勢することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記流入孔から導入された前記流体の圧力が、前記案内部材と前記固定鉄心とを前記蓋部材側に付勢することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記固定鉄心は、前記案内部材の前記蓋部材側の端部が当接する当接部を有し、
前記案内部材が、前記当接部を介して、前記固定鉄心を前記蓋部材側に付勢することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記挿入孔は、前記案内部材が接する内周面と、奥側に位置する底面と、から形成され、前記底面と前記案内部材との間に、前記流入孔に連通して前記流体が導入される作用室が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁体を軸方向に貫通するパイロット流路と、
前記パイロット流路を開閉するパイロット弁体と、を備え、
前記可動鉄心は、前記弁体を収納する収納孔を有し、
前記弁体は、軸方向に移動可能に前記収納孔に収納され、
前記可動鉄心は、前記パイロット弁体を移動させて前記パイロット流路を開状態とした後、前記収納孔に収納した前記弁体を移動させて前記流入孔と前記流出孔とを連通させることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
