Claims (10)
- 吸気口と排気装置とを備え、燃料噴射器が配置されたエンジンと、
前記排気装置と前記吸気口との間の導管、および前記排気装置から前記吸気口へのEGR流量を制御するように適応されるEGRコントローラを備えるEGR装置と、
貯留装置に貯留された還元剤を前記排気装置に導入するように適応される還元剤導入装置と、
EGR流量と還元剤導入量を互いに関数として調節すると共に、圧縮機による前記吸気口へ給気導入量の調節と、及び前記燃料噴射器による燃料噴射の時期を早めあるいは遅らせる調節とを行うコントローラとを、備え、前記コントローラはNOx放出が所定の最大値を超えない範囲で、EGR流量を最少に保つように調節することを特徴とする、排出ガス処理装置を有するエンジン。 - 大気温度、大気圧および排気温度の少なくとも1個の作動パラメータを検知して、その作動パラメータに対応する信号を前記コントローラへ送信するように配置されるセンサが備えられ、前記コントローラは、前記信号に基づいてEGR流量を最少に保つように調節する、請求項1に記載の排出ガス処理装置を有するエンジン。
- 前記圧縮機は、ターボチャージャの構成部材である、請求項1に記載の排出ガス処理装置を有するエンジン。
- 前記圧縮機は、可変形態ターボチャージャの部材である、請求項3に記載の排出ガス処理装置を有するエンジン。
- 燃料をエンジン中に噴射するように配置される燃料噴射器が備えられたエンジン排出ガスを処理する方法であって、
前記エンジンの排気装置から吸気口へのEGR流量を調節するステップと、
貯留装置に貯留された還元剤の前記排気装置中への導入を調節するステップと、前記EGR流量と還元剤導入量は、互いに関数として調節されるステップと、圧縮された給気を前記吸気口へ導入するステップと、および前記燃料噴射器による燃料噴射の時期を早めあるいは遅らせる調節を行うステップとを含み、前記各ステップに基づきNOx放出が所定の最大値を超えない範囲で、EGR流量を最少に保つように調節するエンジン排出ガスを処理する方法。 - 大気温度、大気圧および排気温度の少なくとも1個の作動パラメータを検知して、その作動パラメータに対応する信号をコントローラへ送信するステップを含む、請求項5に記載のエンジン排出ガスを処理する方法。
- EGR流量を、上昇する大気温度に対して減少するステップを含む、請求項6に記載のエンジン排出ガスを処理する方法。
- EGR流量を、上昇する排気温度に対して減少するステップを含む、請求項6に記載のエンジン排出ガスを処理する方法。
- EGR流量を、低下する大気圧に対して減少するステップを含む、請求項6に記載のエンジン排出ガスを処理する方法。
- EGR流量と還元剤導入量は、逆に関連する、請求項5に記載のエンジン排出ガスを処理する方法。
