Claims (4)
- トラッキング制御用の凹凸を有しない平面構造の複数の記録再生層と、トラッキング制御用の凹凸が形成されるサーボ層とを備えることによって、前記サーボ層を利用してトラッキング制御を行いながら前記記録再生層に情報を記録できる光記録媒体が、複数種類用意された光記録媒体シリーズであって、
複数の前記光記録媒体の間において、前記記録再生層の積層数が互いに異なっており、
複数の前記光記録媒体の間において、光入射面からの前記サーボ層の位置が互いに等しくなっており、
複数の前記光記録媒体の間において、前記光入射面に最も近い前記記録再生層の該光入射面からの位置が互いに等しくなっており、
複数の前記光記録媒体の間において、前記光入射面に最も遠い前記記録再生層の該光入射面からの位置が互いに等しくなっている
ことを特徴とする光記録媒体シリーズ。 - 前記光記録媒体における前記サーボ層が、複数の前記記録再生層と比較して前記光入射面から遠い位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光記録媒体シリーズ。
- 複数の前記光記録媒体の各々は、複数の前記記録再生層の層間距離として、第1距離と、該第1距離と異なる第2距離とが交互に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光記録媒体シリーズ。
- 前記サーボ層における前記トラッキング制御用の凹凸のトラックピッチが、前記記録再生層に記録予定のトラックピッチの2倍に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の光記録媒体シリーズ。
