Claims (25)

前記布はアクティブセンサとなり、プロセス制御の助けとして使用され、前記糸又は繊維はパターンに組み込まれており、及び前記サーモクロミックポリマーは複数のポリチオフェンポリマーを含み、各々のポリチオフェンポリマーのサーモクロミック変移温度は他のポリチオフェンポリマーのサーモクロミック変移温度と異なることを特徴とする、工業用布。 - 前記サーモクロミック材料は、繊維、糸あるいはフィルムの一部として形成される、又はコーティング形態をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。

- サーモクロミック変移温度は、予め決められた範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記糸は、鞘−芯の形態で押し出し成形された複合糸であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記鞘及び芯は、同じ材料又は異なる材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- サーモクロミック材料のコーティングは、ディップ又はバスコーティング、スプレー法、ジェット噴射法、ブレードコーティング、スクリーンプリント、及び染料適用のいずれかによってなされることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- サーモクロミック材料のコーティングを前記布の上に適用する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- サーモクロミック材料は、ディップ又はバスコーティング、スプレー法、ジェット噴射法、ブレードコーティング、スクリーンプリント、及び染色適用のいずれかによってなされることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
