Claims (13)
- 溶接可能なヘッドと、該ヘッドから延びるシャンクとを有する溶接スタッドであって、
前記シャンクは、該シャンクの円筒形の基本形状の上に形成された螺旋状の雄ねじを有し、前記ヘッドとは反対側の前記シャンクの端部領域は、スタッド軸線からの距離が前記ヘッドとは反対側の該シャンクの端部に向けて減少するような傾斜を有する少なくとも2つの平坦な傾斜面を有し、
前記ヘッドとは反対側の前記シャンクの前記端部領域は、少なくとも1つの先細り状直径グラデーション部を有する
ことを特徴とする溶接スタッド。 - 前記ヘッドの反対側にある前記シャンクの前記端部領域は、少なくとも4つの傾斜面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記傾斜面は、スタッド軸線に対して、2°から20°までの傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記傾斜面は、スタッド軸線に対して、3°から12°までの傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記傾斜面は、6°の傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記直径グラデーション部の前記直径は、ねじ山の内径よりわずかに小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記ヘッドとは反対側の前記シャンクの前記端部は、2つの直径グラデーション部を有し、前記ヘッドとは反対側の前記シャンクの前記端部に近い側である前方に位置する第1の直径グラデーション部は、第2の直径グラデーション部より小さく、前記第2の直径グラデーション部は、前記ねじ山の公称直径よりわずかに小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記シャンクは、該シャンクの長手方向に延び、かつ、前記ねじ山を中断する、少なくとも1つの塗装削り溝を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記塗装削り溝は、傾斜面で終端することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 前記塗装削り溝は螺旋状に延び、前記雄ねじの外周上の前記螺旋のピッチ角は、70°から85°までであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の溶接スタッド。
- 請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか1項に記載の溶接スタッドを製造する方法であって、
金属製スタッド・ブランクを、溶接可能なヘッドと、該ヘッドから延びる円筒形シャンクとを有する形状に形成し、
前記ヘッドとは反対側の前記シャンクの端部領域を、スタッド軸線からの距離が該シャンクの端部に向けて減少するような傾斜を有する少なくとも2つの平坦な傾斜面を有する形状に形成し、
最終的に、前記シャンクをねじ転造機に1回通過させることにより、平ダイスによって、ねじ山を該シャンクの周面に転造形成する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スタッド・ブランクは、前記ヘッドとは反対側の前記シャフトの前記端部領域において、少なくとも1つの先細り状直径グラデーション部を有するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ねじ山を中断するように前記シャンクの長手方向に延びる、少なくとも1つの塗装削り溝が、前記スタッド・ブランクの周面に転造形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の方法。
