Description
[2] 前記硬化型熱伝導性組成物が、硬化性ビニル系樹脂(I)と、熱伝導性充填材(II)とを少なくとも含有するものである、[1]に記載の放熱構造体。
[3] 前記硬化型熱伝導性組成物の硬化物が、架橋性シリル基を平均して少なくとも一個有する硬化性ビニル系樹脂(I)、熱伝導性充填材(II)、硬化性ビニル系樹脂(I)の硬化触媒(III)、を少なくとも含有する組成物の硬化物であって、熱伝導率0.9W/mK以上のものである、[1]または[2]に記載の放熱構造体。
[4] 前記熱伝導性ブロックが熱伝導率0.9W/mK以上のものである、[1]から[3]のいずれかに記載の放熱構造体。
[5] 前記熱伝導性ブロックの体積が1mm3以上である、[1]から[4]のいずれかに記載の放熱構造体。
[6] 以下の工程からなる、放熱構造体の製造方法。
(1)硬化型熱伝導性組成物を、発熱体、放熱体、及び熱伝導性ブロックに接するように配置する工程
(2)前記硬化型熱伝導性組成物を硬化させる工程
本発明の放熱構造体は、熱伝導性ブロック15を用いることで硬化時間の短縮が可能である。また熱伝導性ブロック15を支持体とする事で、未硬化の硬化型熱伝導性組成物が流動することを抑制できる。この際に硬化型熱伝導性組成物を未硬化の状態で配置するので、各々の寸法のバラツキがある場合も密着可能であり、他構成物との間の熱抵抗を小さくすることが可能である。
充填材容積率(容量%)=(充填材重量比率/充填材比重)÷[(樹脂分重量比率/樹脂分比重)+(充填材重量比率/充填材比重)]×100
ここで、樹脂分とは、熱伝導性充填材を除いた全成分を指す。
窒素雰囲気下、250L反応機にCuBr(1.09kg)、アセトニトリル(11.4kg)、アクリル酸ブチル(26.0kg)及び2,5−ジブロモアジピン酸ジエチル(2.28kg)を加え、70〜80℃で30分程度撹拌した。これにペンタメチルジエチレントリアミンを加え、反応を開始した。反応開始30分後から2時間かけて、アクリル酸ブチル(104kg)を連続的に追加した。反応途中ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミンを適宜添加し、内温70℃〜90℃となるようにした。ここまでで使用したペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン総量は220gであった。反応開始から4時間後、80℃で減圧下、加熱攪拌することにより揮発分を除去した。これにアセトニトリル(45.7kg)、1,7−オクタジエン(14.0kg)、ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン(439g)を添加して8時間撹拌を続けた。混合物を80℃で減圧下、加熱攪拌して揮発分を除去した。
更に吸着剤として珪酸アルミ、ハイドロタルサイトを追加し、酸化防止剤を加え、酸素窒素混合ガス雰囲気下(酸素濃度6%)、内温150℃で加熱攪拌した。

- 発熱体、放熱体、熱伝導性ブロック、及び硬化型熱伝導性組成物Aの硬化物を備え、
前記硬化型熱伝導性組成物Aの硬化物が、前記発熱体、前記放熱体、及び前記熱伝導性ブロックに接するように硬化型熱伝導性組成物Aを配置した後硬化させたものであり、
前記硬化型熱伝導性組成物Aの硬化物が、架橋性シリル基を平均して少なくとも一個有する硬化性ビニル系樹脂(I)、熱伝導性充填材(II)、硬化性ビニル系樹脂(I)の硬化触媒(III)、を少なくとも含有する組成物の硬化物であり、
前記熱伝導性ブロックは、硬化型熱伝導性組成物Bの硬化物であり、
前記硬化型熱伝導性組成物Bが、硬化性ビニル系樹脂(I)と、熱伝導性充填材(II)とを少なくとも含有するものであることを特徴とする、放熱構造体。 - 前記硬化型熱伝導性組成物Aの硬化物が熱伝導率0.9W/mK以上のものである、請求項1に記載の放熱構造体。
