Description
−基板配置
−前記基板配置の構造へ一体化される複数の光源回路であって、各光源回路が2つの端子を有する光源装置配置及び1つのトランジスタ回路を含む、光源回路と、
−外部電源を受ける一群の電源接続部であって、各光源回路が前記光源回路への電源の供給に関して当該電源接続部の対と関連付けられており、少なくとも2つの光源回路が前記電源接続部の対を共有する、電源接続部と、
−前記電源接続部、前記光源装置の端子及び前記トランジスタ回路の間における内部接続を提供する一群の非重複電極と、
を含み、各光源装置配置が個別に独立して制御可能である、光出力装置が提供される。
Claims (20)
- 光出力装置であって、
基板配置と、
前記基板配置の構造へ一体化される複数の光源回路であって、各光源回路が2つの端子を有する光源装置配置及び1つのトランジスタ回路を含む、光源回路と、
外部電源を受ける一群の電源接続部であって、各光源回路が前記光源回路への電源の供給に関して当該電源接続部の対と関連付けられており、少なくとも2つの光源回路が前記電源接続部の対を共有する、電源接続部と、
前記対応するトランジスタ回路を制御するための制御信号を受ける一群の制御接続部と、
前記電源接続部、前記光源装置の端子及び前記トランジスタ回路の間における内部接続を提供する一群の非重複電極と、
を含み、
各光源装置配置が個別に独立して制御可能である、光出力装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、各光源装置配置が単一の光源装置を含む、装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置であって、各トランジスタ回路が単一のトランジスタを含む、装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置であって、各トランジスタがMOSFETを含む、装置。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、各トランジスタは、自身のゲートを、対応する制御接続部へ接続させている、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、各トランジスタが、自身のソース及びドレインを対応する電源接続部へ接続させており、前記ソース及びドレインのうちの一つは前記トランジスタを介して電源接続部へ接続されている、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、前記電源接続部の同一の対を共有する前記少なくとも2つの光源回路が、前記電源接続部の間に直列に接続され、各トランジスタは前記光源装置配置の両端に並列に接続される、装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置であって、更に、前記電源接続部の同一の対を共有する光源回路の各群に関して電流供給源を含む電源配置を含む、装置。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の装置であって、更に、前記トランジスタ回路を制御する制御回路を含み、前記トランジスタへ適用される制御レベルが、どの光源回路がオンにされ、どの光源装置がオフにされるかに従い選択される、装置。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、デューティサイクル制御を用いて光源の光強度を調光する制御回路を含む、装置。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、前記電源接続部のうちの一つが、全ての光源回路間で共有されている、装置。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、前記電極が少なくとも半透明伝導体を含む、装置。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、前記光源装置が1つのLED装置又はLED装置のグループを含む、装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置であって、前記光源装置又は各光源装置が、無機LED、有機LED、ポリマLED又はレーザダイオードを含む、装置。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載に記載の光出力装置と、前記制御回路へ供給される信号を制御する発光制御器と、を含む発光システム。
- 請求項15に記載の発光システムであって、前記基板配置が、第1及び第2透明基板並びに前記基板配置に埋め込まれた電極配置を含み、前記複数の光源回路が前記電極配置へ接続されている、発光システム。
- 請求項16に記載の発光システムであって、熱可塑性層又は樹脂層が前記基板間に設けられている、発光システム。
- 請求項16又は17に記載の発光システムであって、前記電極配置が透明伝導性材料から形成される、発光システム。
- 請求項18に記載の発光システムであって、前記電極配置が透明金属酸化物から形成される、発光システム。
- 請求項15乃至19に記載の発光システムであって、前記トランジスタ回路のトランジスタが透明パッケージにおける透明トランジスタを含む、発光システム。
