Description
(1) 寸法が大きい静電板に金属箔を巻き付ける作業は1人では困難である、
(2) 金属箔と絶縁物(絶縁紙)とを交互に巻き付けることおよび巻き付けの張力を均一に保つことが必要であり、充分に習熟した技術を要する、
(3) 巻き付けの張力によって金属箔の端部が鋭利な刃物となり危険である、
(4) 絶縁性基盤のコーナ部への巻き付けにおいては金属箔と絶縁物(絶縁紙)の重なりが必要以上にならないよう金属箔と絶縁物(絶縁紙)とをその幅を切断しながら巻き付けなければならない。
図1は、線路端コイル側から見た本発明の静電板の概略図を示す。図1に示す静電板においては、絶縁性基盤(図示せず)上に導電性塗料を塗布して導電層1が形成されている。図2は、図1のII−II線における断面図であり、本発明の静電板の断面構造を示す。図2の断面構造に示されるように、本発明の静電板は、絶縁性基盤4の周囲に導電性塗料を塗布して導電層1が形成される。静電板の導電層を導電性塗料により形成することによって、従来の金属箔を用いた導電層を備える静電板に比べて静電板の製造効率が向上し、また、コーナ部における金属箔の処理の必要がない。このような本発明の静電板は、例えば、100kV以上の高圧域を対象とした変圧器に適用することができる。
塗布する導電性塗料の抵抗率を適正な範囲に収めることおよび短絡板を追加配置することによって、導電性塗料の塗布によって静電板を形成するものである。
Claims (5)
- 変圧器の線路端コイルに隣接して設置される静電板であって、
前記静電板は、絶縁性基盤と該絶縁性基盤表面に設けられた導電層とを有し、
前記絶縁性基盤は、その表面形状が隣接する前記線路端コイル表面形状と実質的に同一であり、
前記導電層は、導電性塗料により形成された層であり、その表面抵抗率が10Ω/□〜50Ω/□の範囲である静電板。 - 前記絶縁性基板は、隣接する前記線路端コイルの周方向に電流が流れないように前記導電性塗料を塗布しない部分を設けた請求項1に記載の静電板。
- 前記導電性塗料は、平均粒径が5μm〜50μmである球晶状のカーボンを含む請求項1または2に記載の静電板。
- 前記導電性塗料は、平均粒径が5μm〜50μmである球晶状のカーボンと、樹脂ワニスと、硬化剤とを少なくとも含み、
前記カーボンは、導電性塗料全体に対して50質量%〜70質量%含有される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の静電板。 - 前記導電層は、その表面の少なくとも一部に短絡板が配置され、
前記導電層は、その表面抵抗率が前記短絡板により調整される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の静電板。
