Claims (5)
- 系統に接続される蓄電池を制御する蓄電池制御装置であって、
系統の負荷データを収集する負荷データ収集部と、前記負荷データから変換した周波数の内、第一の周波数及び前記第一の周波数よりも大きい第二の周波数を決定する周波数決定部と、前記周波数決定部で決定した周波数に基づいて、前記第一の周波数から前記第二の周波数までの中周期成分の負荷変動を抽出する中周期成分抽出部と、前記抽出した成分に基づいて蓄電池を制御する制御部と、系統における負荷変動成分のデータを含むパラメータ情報を収集し学習するパラメータ学習部とを備え、
前記周波数決定部は、蓄電池の制御に対する応答速度の情報を表す蓄電池応答速度情報及び前記パラメータ学習部のパラメータ情報に基づいて、前記第一の周波数又は/及び前記第二の周波数を変化させ、前記中周期成分抽出部は、変化する第一の周波数又は/及び第二の周波数に応じて負荷変動成分を抽出すること、を特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電池制御装置であって、
前記パラメータ学習部は、前記中周期成分以外の周波数ごとの負荷変動成分において、所定よりも大きい負荷変動成分がないかを判断し、前記負荷変動成分があれば、その成分における周波数を含むように前記第一の周波数又は/及び前記第二の周波数を変化することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の蓄電池制御装置であって、
前記周波数決定部は、前記中周期成分の過去のデータに基づいて、周波数ごとの負荷変動成分の平均値が最も大きい周波数を決定し、前記決定された周波数に基づいて、前記第一の周波数又は/及び前記第二の周波数を補正することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。 - 系統に接続される蓄電池を制御する蓄電池制御方法であって、
蓄電池の制御に対する応答速度の情報を表す蓄電池応答速度情報及び系統における負荷変動成分のデータを含むパラメータ情報に基づいて、系統の負荷データから変換した周波数の内、第一の周波数及び前記第一の周波数よりも大きい第二の周波数を決定し、それらの周波数の変化に応じて、前記第一の周波数から前記第二の周波数までの中周期成分の負荷変動を抽出し、前記抽出した成分に基づいて蓄電池を制御することを特徴とする蓄電池制御方法。 - 系統に接続される蓄電池の仕様を決定する蓄電池の仕様決定方法であって、
蓄電池の制御に対する応答速度の情報を表す蓄電池応答速度情報及び系統における負荷変動成分のデータを含むパラメータ情報に基づいて、系統の負荷データから変換した周波数の内、第一の周波数及び前記第一の周波数よりも大きい第二の周波数を決定し、それらの周波数の変化に応じて、前記第一の周波数から前記第二の周波数までの中周期成分の負荷変動を抽出し、前記抽出した成分に基づいて、系統に接続される蓄電池の仕様を決定する蓄電池の仕様決定方法。
