Abstract
【解決手段】商用の配電系統のフィーダー16に設置される蓄電池13と、柱上変圧器14,15から配電線が分岐する地点の間に設置される蓄電池21,22,32と、計測器12,23,24,31で計測されたデータを送る通信ネットワーク8と、通信ネットワークから得られたデータから蓄電池制御量を決定する蓄電池制御量計算部1−5と、複数の負荷25,26,28,29の電力量と分散型電源27,30の出力が組み合わさった電力量データを収集する負荷データ収集部1−1と、それらの負荷データから周波数分析を行う周波数変換部1−2と、中周期成分を抽出する中周期成分抽出部1−3と、抽出された中周期成分から、蓄電池制御量を決める蓄電池制御量計算部1−5と、決定した制御量を各蓄電池13,21,22,32に信号を送信する蓄電池制御指令送信部1−11からなる。

Claims (11)
- 系統に接続される蓄電池を制御する蓄電池の制御装置であって、系統の負荷を収集する負荷データ収集部と、前記負荷データから所定の周波数よりも大きな成分を抽出する成分抽出部と、前記抽出した成分に基づいて前記蓄電池を制御する制御部を有することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 請求項1において、前記所定の周波数を第1の周波数とし、前記第1の周波数よりも大きな周波数を第2の周波数とし、前記負荷データ収集部は、前記第1の周波数から前記第2の周波数の成分を収集することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記成分抽出は前記負荷データを、周波数に対するスペクトルとして得られることを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかにおいて、前記周波数を学習する学習部を有することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかにおいて、前記抽出はフーリエ変換を介して行い、前記蓄電池の制御は逆フーリエ変換を介して指令値を得ることを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 複数の負荷と複数の分散型電源が接続される配電系統に接続される蓄電池を制御するものにおいて、前記蓄電池は柱上変圧器から低圧配電線が分岐する区間に設置されており、前記柱上変圧器から低圧配電線が分岐する区間に設置される計測器から通信回線を介してデータを取得する通信ネットワークと、前記通信ネットワークで取得した計測情報から、蓄電池の制御量を決定する蓄電池制御量決定部を有することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 複数の負荷と複数の分散型電源が接続される配電系統に接続される蓄電池を制御するものにおいて、前記蓄電池は、フィーダーから高圧配電線が分岐する区間に設置されており、前記フィーダーから高圧配電線が分岐する区間に設置された計測器から得られるデータを通信回線で取得する通信ネットワークと、前記通信ネットワークで取得した計測情報から、蓄電池の制御量を決定する蓄電池制御量決定部を有することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 複数の負荷と複数の分散型電源が接続される配電系統に接続される蓄電池を制御するものにおいて、前記蓄電池は、低圧配電線分岐点から末端側に設置されており、前記低圧配電線分岐点から末端側に設置される計測器から得られるデータを通信回線で取得する通信ネットワークと、前記通信ネットワークで取得した計測情報から、蓄電池の制御量を決定する蓄電池制御量決定部を有することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 請求項6乃至8のいずれかにおいて、前記蓄電池制御量決定装置は、前記通信ネットワークで取得した計測情報を収集する負荷データ収集部と、前記負荷データ収集部で収集したデータから、周波数分析を行う周波数分析部と、前記周波数分析部で分析した周波数分析結果からバンドパスフィルタのパラメータをチューニングするBPFパラメータチューニング決定部と、前記BPFパラメータチューニング決定部のパラメータ情報を収集し学習させるBPFパラメータ学習部と、前記BPFパラメータチューニング決定部で決定した中周期成分を抽出する中周期成分抽出部と、前記中周期成分抽出部で抽出した中周期成分から前記蓄電池の制御量を決定する蓄電池制御量決定部と、前記蓄電池制御量決定部で決定した制御量を前記蓄電池に送信する蓄電池制御指令送信部を有することを特徴とする蓄電池制御装置。
- 系統の負荷を負荷データとして収集し、前記負荷データから所定の周波数よりも大きな成分を抽出し、前記抽出した成分に基づいて、系統に接続される蓄電池を制御する蓄電池制御方法。
- 系統の負荷を負荷データとして収集し、前記負荷データから所定の周波数よりも大きな成分を抽出し、前記抽出した成分に基づいて、系統に接続される蓄電池の仕様を決定する蓄電池の仕様決定方法。
