Claims (4)
- 自然エネルギー発電システムに連系点を介して接続される電力系統に対して電力の充放電を行う電力貯蔵装置と、
前記電力系統と前記電力貯蔵装置との接続点の電圧値を計測し、該電圧値の移動平均により制御目標値を決定すると共に、該決定した制御目標値と現在の電圧値との偏差に基づく充放電指令を前記電力貯蔵装置に出力する安定化制御装置と、
前記電力系統が接続された変電所と前記連系点との間に設置され、設置点の電圧値を計測し、該計測した電圧値が所定値を超えている時間が所定時間以上となった場合に変圧器の変圧比を1タップ分変更させるステップ式自動電圧調整装置とを備えた分散電源系統連系時の系統制御システムであって、
前記電力貯蔵装置と前記安定化制御装置とからなる系統制御装置を複数備え、該複数の系統制御装置が、前記電力系統に対して、分散配置されていることを特徴とする分散電源系統連系時の系統制御システム。 - 前記接続点は、前記連系点あるいは該連系点の近傍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分散電源系統連系時の系統制御システム。
- 前記電力貯蔵装置は、前記充放電指令が充電を示す場合、前記電力系統から電力を充電し、前記充放電指令が放電を示す場合、前記電力系統へ電力の放電を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の分散電源系統連系時の系統制御システム。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の系統制御システムを構成する系統制御装置。
