Description
Claims (22)
- 木材粒子および水硬性結合材を含み、木材粒子および水硬性結合材を含む初期混合物を結合材の硬化期間にわたって加圧により圧縮した状態に保つプロセスによって得られ、初期混合物における乾燥物の合計体積のうち、少なくとも75%が木材粒子であることを特徴とする、圧縮された木材凝集体のブロック。
- 3MPaを上回る打ち抜き圧縮耐性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- さらに、植物繊維を含み、
前記植物繊維との混合物において、木材粒子が木材チップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の木材凝集体のブロック。 - 結合材が、セメントからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 結合材が、石膏からなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 結合材が、石灰からなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 乾燥物の体積を合計の100%として、75%〜95%の木材粒子および5%〜25%の水硬性結合材と、乾燥物の合計体積の10%〜30%の量の水とを含む混合物から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 乾燥物の体積を合計の100%として、50%〜90%の木材チップ、5%〜25%の植物繊維および5%〜25%の水硬性結合材と、乾燥物の合計体積の10%〜30%の量の水とを含む混合物から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 混合物が、染色、結合材の硬化の促進もしくは抑制、防水、防火、防菌もしくは防虫処理、混合物の液状化のための一つ以上の添加剤をも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 混合物が、ブロック凝集体を補強する補強繊維をも含み、前記補強繊維が金属繊維又は合成繊維からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 500kg/m3を上回る密度を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 並置されるブロックとの結合を確保するための突出部(12)または溝(14)を周辺部に含むパーティション要素を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- パーティション要素が、平坦であることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 平坦なパーティション要素(10)が、側面端部の一つにおいて、もう一つの平坦な要素のスロット(22)に収まるスロット(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- パーティション要素が、二つの対向する横面の端部に作製される二つの溝(86)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- パーティション要素が、湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- パーティション要素(38、40、120)が、水平に並置される他の要素に連続する長手方向のチャネル(32)を上側部分に含むことを特徴とする、請求項12記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 結合材で充填される中空梁を形成する長い要素(82)を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- 木材凝集体(102)に挿入される長手方向の補強材を含む梁(100)を形成する長い要素を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- アーチを形成する円弧としての横断面を有する、最低限の厚さの長尺部片(130)を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。
- ほぞ(176)および切り欠き(178)を有する長尺部片(175)を構成しており、
ほぞ(176)が長尺部片(175)の側面に形成されており、切り欠き(178)が長尺部片(175)の両端部に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の木材凝集体のブロック。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の木材のブロックの、建築物の分野における構築物要素としての使用。
