以下は、基材層としてチタンを用いて、保護膜として亜鉛を用いて、陽極酸化膜の形成を行った実験例である。

Claims (4)
- 弁金属で構成される基材層の表面に形成された自然酸化膜を溶液中で除去する工程と、
前記溶液中で、前記自然酸化膜が除去された基材層の表面にめっきで保護膜を形成する工程と、
前記保護膜が形成された基材層に陽極酸化用溶液中で電圧を印加して、前記保護膜を除去すると共に、前記基材層の表面に陽極酸化膜を形成する工程と、
を備える、陽極酸化膜の製造方法。 - 前記自然酸化膜を電解研磨法で除去する、請求項1に記載の陽極酸化膜の製造方法。
- 前記弁金属がチタンである、請求項1または2に記載の陽極酸化膜の製造方法。
- 前記保護膜の材質がニッケル、すず、コバルト、亜鉛、鉄、銅のいずれか一種である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の陽極酸化膜の製造方法。
