Claims (8)
- 光を外部に照射する光源ユニット、
前記光源ユニットを収納するモールドフレーム、並びに、
底板、前記底板から延びている側壁、及び、前記側壁の少なくとも1つから折れ曲がって隣の側壁に重なっている第1延長部を含むボトムシャーシ、
を有し、
前記隣の側壁の端部には第2延長部が形成され、前記第2延長部は前記モールドフレームの角で折れ曲がって前記第1延長部とその基端に連続する側壁の端部とに重なり、その重なっている部分に前記モールドフレームによって結合され、
前記第1延長部と前記第2延長部とが重なっている部分に結合用ホールが貫通し、
前記モールドフレームの外周面に締結部が形成され、前記締結部は前記結合用ホールに挿入され、
前記結合用ホールは実質的に四角形状であり、前記締結部は実質的に四角柱状である、バックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記モールドフレームと前記ボトムシャーシとはインサートモールディング法によって一体化されている、請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第1延長部は前記隣の側壁の端部と前記モールドフレームの角で重なっている、請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第1延長部には第1結合用ホールが貫通し、前記第1延長部の第1結合用ホールと重なる前記隣の側壁の端部には第2結合用ホールが貫通している、請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記モールドフレームの外周面には締結部が形成され、前記締結部は前記第1結合用ホールと前記第2結合ホールとに挿入されている、請求項4に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第1結合用ホール及び前記第2結合用ホールは実質的に四角形状であり、前記モールドフレームの締結部は実質的に四角柱状である、請求項5に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの側壁はヘミング構造を含む、請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
