Description
酸の中に表面添加剤化合物を含む第一の溶液を調製する工程と、
その第一の溶液の中にキナクリドン顔料前駆体または粗製キナクリドン顔料を添加して、前記表面添加剤化合物が、形成されるナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子をコーティングするようにする工程と、
第一の溶液およびコーティングされたナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子を、脱イオン水を含む第二の溶液の中に添加して、第三の溶液を形成させ、そのコーティングされたナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子を沈殿させる工程と、が含まれるが、
ここで、その表面添加剤化合物はロジン化合物を含んでいる。
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=R2=H;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=H、R2=ハライド、たとえばClまたはBr;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=R2=CH3、CH2CH3、CH2CH2CH3、CH(CH3)2;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=H、R2=CH3、CH2CH3、CH2CH2CH3、CH(CH3)2;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=CH3、CH2CH3、CH2CH2CH3、CH(CH3)2、R2=ハライド、たとえばClまたはBr;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=R2=ハライド、たとえばClまたはBr;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=Cl、R2=Br;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=R2=O−CH3、O−CH2CH3、O−CH2CH2CH3、O−CH(CH3)2、O−(CH2)C6H5;
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=H、R2=O−CH3、O−CH2CH3、O−CH2CH2CH3、O−CH(CH3)2、O−(CH2)C6H5;および
・R=Hまたは各種炭化水素鎖、R1=OCH3、O−CH2CH3、O−CH2CH2CH3、O−CH(CH3)2、O−(CH2)C6H5、R2=ハライド、たとえばClまたはBr
機械的撹拌機(ヘイドルフ(Heidolph)ミキサ)、コンデンサ、および温度プローブを取り付けた2Lのジャケット付き反応容器の中に、750gの濃(96〜98%)硫酸を添加する。撹拌機を起動して、300rpmに設定する。1.5g(3重量%)のKE−100パイン・クリスタル(Pine Crystal)(荒川化学工業(Arakawa Chemical Industries)製)を、その酸に添加する。その撹拌されている酸混合物に、50gのPR122(大日精化(Dainichiseika)製)を、30分かけて添加する。その反応器の中に窒素雰囲気を導入し、反応器のジャケットに取り付けた循環浴を用いて、その混合物を加熱して30分間で50℃とし、50℃で3時間保持して、顔料を完全に溶解させる。

Claims (1)
- コーティングされたナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子を調製するためのプロセスであって、
酸の中に表面添加剤化合物を含む第一の溶液を調製する工程と、
前記第一の溶液の中にキナクリドン顔料前駆体または粗製キナクリドン顔料を添加して、前記表面添加剤化合物が、形成されるナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子をコーティングするようにする工程と、
前記第一の溶液およびコーティングされたナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子を、脱イオン水を含む第二の溶液の中に添加して、第三の溶液を形成させ、前記コーティングされたナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子を沈殿させる工程と、
を含み、
前記表面添加剤化合物がロジン化合物を含むことを特徴とする、コーティングされたナノスケールキナクリドン顔料粒子を調製するためのプロセス。
