Description
「JIS K0101 44.3の全シリカ試験で測定した全シリカ(二酸化ケイ素)の濃度」から求めた。なお、この試験方法では、ケイ酸含有液および反応液に含まれるケイ酸およびそのイオンに含まれる全ケイ素原子を二酸化ケイ素(シリカ)であるとして、その濃度を測定するものである。そのシリカ含有率の結果から、ケイ素量を算出した。
(触媒調製)
テルル酸0.324部にその10倍の質量の蒸留水を加えて均一溶液とした。さらに、硝酸パラジウム溶液(N.E.ケムキャット製:23.2質量%硝酸パラジウム含有硝酸酸性水溶液)4.31部(パラジウムとしては1.0部)を加えた。担体としてシリカ担体(比表面積530m2/g、細孔容積0.68cc/g、メディアン径52μm)5部を上記溶液に浸漬し、エバポレーションを行った。その後、空気中200℃で3時間焼成を行った。得られた触媒前駆体を37質量%ホルムアルデヒド水溶液10部に加えた。70℃に加熱し、2時間攪拌保持し、吸引ろ過後温水500部でろ過洗浄して、シリカ担持型触媒6.18部を得た。
ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを含有しない75質量%t−ブタノール水溶液100部に、シリカ(比表面積530m2/g、細孔容積0.68cc/g、メディアン径52μm)1部を加えて75℃で40時間加熱した後、ろ過して、15.8ppmのシリカが溶解した75質量%t−ブタノール水溶液(ケイ酸含有液)を得た。ケイ酸含有液75.0部に含まれるケイ酸および/またはそのイオンに含まれるケイ素量は、5.53×10−4部であった。
オートクレーブに上記の方法で得た触媒全量(パラジウムとしては1.0部)と上記のケイ酸含有液75.0部を入れ、オートクレーブを密閉した。次いで、ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを含有しないイソブチレンを1.96部導入し、攪拌(回転数1000rpm)を開始し、75℃まで昇温した。昇温完了後、オートクレーブに窒素を内圧2.4MPaまで導入した後、圧縮空気を内圧4.8MPaまで導入した。反応中に内圧が0.1MPa低下した時点(内圧4.7MPa)で、酸素を0.1MPa導入する操作を繰り返した。反応時間45分でオートクレーブを大気開放して反応を終了した。オートクレーブから触媒入りの反応液を抜き出し、孔径0.5μmのメンブランフィルターで触媒を分離して、反応液76.0部を回収した。
(触媒調製)
実施例1と同様に調製した。
ケイ酸含有液の代わりに、ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを含有しない75質量%t−ブタノール水溶液75部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で行った。回収した反応液76.0部中に溶解しているシリカの含有率は16.8ppmであり、反応液中のケイ酸および/またはそのイオンに含まれるケイ素量は5.96×10−4部であった。反応前後での反応液中のケイ素量の変化は大きく、担体であるシリカ担体が含水溶媒である75質量%t−ブタノール水溶液に実施例1より多く溶出した。結果は表1に示した。
(触媒調製)
テルル酸5.395部(テルルとしては3部)にその20倍の質量の蒸留水を加えて均一溶液とした。さらに、硝酸パラジウム溶液(N.E.ケムキャット製:23.2質量%硝酸パラジウム含有硝酸酸性水溶液)107.8部(パラジウムとしては25部)を加えた。担体としてシリカ担体(比表面積530m2/g、細孔容積0.68cc/g、メディアン径52μm)125部を上記溶液に浸漬し、エバポレーションを行った。その後、空気中200℃で3時間焼成を行った。得られた触媒前駆体を37質量%ホルムアルデヒド水溶液250部に加えた。70℃に加熱し、2時間攪拌保持し、吸引ろ過後温水10,000部でろ過洗浄して、シリカ担持型触媒153部を得た。
シリカ溶解工程として、ジャケット付きスレンレス製撹拌槽型反応器内にシリカ(比表面積530m2/g、細孔容積0.68cc/g、メディアン径52μm)125部および75質量%t−ブタノール水溶液1800部を入れ、窒素ガスで6.0MPaに加圧し、液相部の温度を110℃とした。この反応器に1時間あたり75質量%t−ブタノール水溶液3510部(重合防止剤としてp−メトキシフェノール200ppm含有)を連続供給した。1時間あたり3510部の溶媒を連続的に抜き出し滞留時間が0.5時間となるように液面を調整した。抜き出されたケイ酸含有液に溶解しているシリカの含有率は21.2ppmであり、1時間あたりのケイ素量は3.47×10−2部であった。
ジャケット付きスレンレス製撹拌槽型反応器(溶媒供給用とは別個)にシリカ担持型触媒153部および75質量%t−ブタノール水溶液1900部を入れ、窒素ガスで気相部を4.8MPaに加圧し、液相部の温度を110℃とした。1時間あたり3510部の上記ケイ酸含有液およびイソブチレン843部を連続供給した。反応液を連続的に抜き出して滞留時間が0.5時間となるように液面を調整した。
3.66×10−2部であった。供給したケイ酸含有液と抜き出した反応液のケイ素量の変化は僅かであり、担体であるシリカ担体が含水溶媒に溶出した量は少なかった。結果は表2に示した。また、1時間あたりメタクリル酸162部、無水メタクリル酸46部が生成した。結果は表3に示した。
(触媒調製)
実施例2と同様に調製した。
シリカ溶解工程の反応器にシリカを入れなかったこと、その反応器から1時間あたり3800部の含水溶媒を連続的に抜き出したこと以外は実施例2と同様にした。抜き出された含水溶媒からシリカは検出されなかった。
1時間あたり、ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを含有しない上記含水溶媒3800部およびイソブチレン938部を連続供給したこと以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で行った。反応開始後4時間における反応液量は1時間あたり4240部であった。反応液中に溶解しているシリカの含有率は19.5ppmであり、反応液中のケイ酸および/またはそのイオンに含まれるケイ素量は1時間あたり3.86×10−2部であった。溶解する供給した含水溶媒と抜き出した反応液のケイ素量の変化は大きく、担体であるシリカ担体が含水溶媒に実施例2より多く溶出した。結果は表2に示した。また、1時間あたりメタクリル酸115部、無水メタクリル酸39部が生成した。結果は表3に示した。
Claims (4)
- 反応器内で、シリカ担持型貴金属含有触媒の存在下、オレフィンまたはα,β−不飽和アルデヒドを含水溶媒中で酸化するα,β−不飽和カルボン酸の製造方法において、シリカをオレフィンもしくはα,β−不飽和アルデヒド、または含水溶媒に溶解させた、ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを含むケイ酸含有液を前記反応器内に供給することを特徴とするα,β−不飽和カルボン酸の製造方法。
- ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを前記反応器内に連続的に供給する工程と、ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを該反応器内から連続的に抜き出す工程とを有し、1時間当たりに反応器内に供給されるケイ酸およびそのイオンに含まれるケイ素量が、1時間当たりに反応器から抜き出されるケイ酸およびそのイオンに含まれるケイ素量の30%から130%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のα,β−不飽和カルボン酸の製造方法。
- オレフィンもしくはα,β−不飽和アルデヒド、または含水溶媒に、ケイ酸および/またはそのイオンを含有させたケイ酸含有液を調製する工程と、
前記反応器内に、前記シリカ担持型貴金属含有触媒、前記オレフィンまたはα,β−不飽和アルデヒド、および前記ケイ酸含有液を供給して、該オレフィンまたはα,β−不飽和アルデヒドを酸化する工程と
を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のα,β−不飽和カルボン酸の製造方法。 - 前記のケイ酸含有液を調製する工程において、シリカと、オレフィンもしくはα,β−不飽和アルデヒド、または前記含水溶媒とを接触させて、ケイ酸含有液を調製することを特徴とする請求項3記載のα,β−不飽和カルボン酸の製造方法。
