Claims (17)
- ユーザの身体運動の範囲を追跡するためのコンピュータによって実行される方法において、
前記ユーザの第1の3次元運動を取り込むステップであって、前記ユーザの身体に向けられた少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記3次元運動が決定されるステップと、
前記ユーザの少なくとももう1つの3次元運動を取り込むステップであって、前記ユーザの前記身体に向けられた前記少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記少なくとももう1つの3次元運動が決定されるステップと、
前記ユーザの前記第1の3次元運動における各身体部分または各タイプの身体運動について、その運動の可動域、最高速度、または最大強さを含む特性を有する基本線運動プロファイルに基づいて、ユーザの首が回転または伸長可能な可動域を度数で指定し、あるいは、ユーザが持ち上げることができる重量およびユーザの筋肉に何らかの震えを検出する前に持ち上げる反復数を指定する、運動基本線を予測するステップと、
前記ユーザの前記少なくとももう1つの3次元運動に基づいて少なくとも1つの後続運動範囲を予測するステップと、
前記運動基本線を前記少なくとも1つの後続運動範囲と比較することにより、前記ユーザの計画運動を予測するステップと、
前記ユーザにとってアクセス可能な出力装置およびモニター部員にとってアクセス可能なシステムのうちの少なくとも一方に前記計画運動を出力するステップと、
前記ユーザの前記第1の3次元運動および前記ユーザの前記少なくとももう1つの3次元運動のそれぞれについて、それぞれの取り込み3次元運動に関する個別3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを識別するステップと、
それぞれの個別に識別された前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを複数の運動定義と比較することにより、それぞれの個別3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームによって表された運動の個別定義済みタイプならびに前記タイプの運動の少なくとも1つの特性を識別するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ユーザの第1の3次元運動を取り込む前記ステップと、前記ユーザの少なくとももう1つの3次元運動を取り込む前記ステップが、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの身体部位の少なくとも1つの特定のタイプの3次元運動を識別し追跡するための立体画像装置を使用して、それぞれの個別取り込み3次元運動を取り込むステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータによって実行される方法。
- 前記ユーザの第1の3次元運動を取り込む前記ステップと、前記ユーザの少なくとももう1つの3次元運動を取り込む前記ステップが、前記ユーザの顔の表情、眼球運動、筋収縮、皮膚表面特性の変化のうちの少なくとも1つの微細細分性運動を含む、前記ユーザの身体運動の少なくとも1つの特性を、それぞれの個別に取り込まれた3次元運動で識別するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータによって実行される方法。
- 前記ユーザの前記第1の3次元運動に基づいて運動基本線を予測する前記ステップが、前記ユーザに関する前記運動基本線を予測するために、年齢、身長、体重、ダイエット、体脂肪、傷害、および病気のうちの少なくとも1つを含む前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの属性にアクセスするステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータによって実行される方法。
- 前記計画運動が、前記運動基本線から前記少なくとも1つの後続運動範囲までの前記ユーザの身体運動の範囲の減少を示す、請求項1に記載のコンピュータによって実行される方法。
- 前記計画運動が、前記ユーザの身体運動の今後の予測範囲を指定する、請求項1に記載のコンピュータによって実行される方法。
- 前記計画運動を、前記ユーザにとってアクセス可能な出力装置および前記モニター部員にとってアクセス可能なシステムのうちの前記少なくとも一方に出力するための少なくとも1つの出力信号に変換するステップと、
前記ユーザにとってアクセス可能な前記出力装置および前記モニター部員にとってアクセス可能な前記システムのうちの前記少なくとも一方への前記少なくとも1つの出力信号の出力を制御するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータによって実行される方法。 - ユーザの身体運動の範囲を追跡するためのシステムにおいて、
ネットワークに通信可能に接続された運動処理システムであって、
前記ユーザの第1の3次元運動を取り込むための手段であって、前記ユーザの身体に向けられた少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記3次元運動が決定される手段と、
前記ユーザの少なくとももう1つの3次元運動を取り込むための手段であって、前記ユーザの前記身体に向けられた前記少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記少なくとももう1つの3次元運動が決定される手段と、
をさらに有する運動処理システムと、
前記ネットワークを介して前記運動処理システムに通信可能に接続された計画運動システムであって、
前記ユーザの前記第1の3次元運動における各身体部分または各タイプの身体運動について、その運動の可動域、最高速度、または最大強さを含む特性を有する基本線運動プロファイルに基づいて、ユーザの首が回転または伸長可能な可動域を度数で指定し、あるいは、ユーザが持ち上げることができる重量およびユーザの筋肉に何らかの震えを検出する前に持ち上げる反復数を指定する、運動基本線を予測するための手段と、

をさらに有する計画運動システムとを有し、
前記運動処理システムが、
前記ユーザの前記第1の3次元運動および前記ユーザの前記少なくとももう1つの3次元運動のそれぞれについて、それぞれの取り込み3次元運動に関する個別3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを識別するための手段と、
それぞれの個別に識別された前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを複数の運動定義と比較することにより、それぞれの個別3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームによって表された運動の個別定義済みタイプならびに前記タイプの運動の少なくとも1つの特性を識別するための手段と、
をさらに有する、
システム。 - 前記ユーザの第1の3次元運動を取り込むための前記手段と、前記ユーザの少なくとももう1つの3次元運動を取り込むための前記手段が、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの身体部位の少なくとも1つの特定のタイプの3次元運動を識別し追跡するための立体画像装置を使用して、それぞれの個別取り込み3次元運動を取り込むための手段をさらに有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザの第1の3次元運動を取り込むための前記手段と、前記ユーザの少なくとももう1つの3次元運動を取り込むための前記手段が、前記ユーザの顔の表情、眼球運動、筋収縮、皮膚表面特性の変化のうちの少なくとも1つの微細細分性運動を含む、前記ユーザの身体運動の少なくとも1つの特性を、それぞれの個別に取り込まれた3次元運動で識別するための手段をさらに有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザの前記第1の3次元運動に基づいて運動基本線を予測するための前記手段が、前記ユーザに関する前記運動基本線を予測するために、年齢、身長、体重、ダイエット、体脂肪、傷害、および病気のうちの少なくとも1つを含む前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの属性にアクセスするための手段をさらに有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記計画運動が、前記運動基本線から前記少なくとも1つの後続運動範囲までの前記ユーザの身体運動の範囲の減少を示す、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記計画運動が、前記ユーザの身体運動の今後の予測範囲を指定する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記計画運動システムが、
前記計画運動を、前記ユーザにとってアクセス可能な出力装置および前記モニター部員にとってアクセス可能なシステムのうちの前記少なくとも一方に出力するための少なくとも1つの出力信号に変換するための手段と、
前記ユーザにとってアクセス可能な前記出力装置および前記モニター部員にとってアクセス可能な前記システムのうちの前記少なくとも一方への前記少なくとも1つの出力信号の出力を制御するための手段と、
をさらに有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - ユーザの身体運動の範囲を追跡するためのコンピュータ可読プログラムを含む記憶装置タイプのコンピュータで使用可能な媒体を有するプログラムにおいて、コンピュータ上で実行されたときに、前記コンピュータ可読プログラムが、
前記ユーザの第1の3次元運動を取り込むステップであって、前記ユーザの身体に向けられた少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記3次元運動が決定されるステップと、
前記ユーザの少なくとももう1つの3次元運動を取り込むステップであって、前記ユーザの前記身体に向けられた前記少なくとも1つの画像取り込み装置を使用して前記少なくとももう1つの3次元運動が決定されるステップと、

それぞれの個別に識別された前記3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームを複数の運動定義と比較することにより、それぞれの個別3次元オブジェクト・プロパティ・ストリームによって表された運動の個別定義済みタイプならびに前記タイプの運動の少なくとも1つの特性を識別するステップと、
を前記コンピュータに実行させるプログラム。 - 前記コンピュータ可読プログラムがネットワークにより伝送される、請求項15に記載のプログラム。
- コンピュータ上で実行されたときに、前記コンピュータ可読プログラムが、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの身体部位の少なくとも1つの特定のタイプの3次元運動を識別し追跡するための立体画像装置を使用して、それぞれの個別取り込み3次元運動を取り込むステップを前記コンピュータにさらに実行させる、請求項15に記載のプログラム。
