Claims (16)
- 液相中の平均寸法80nmから200nmを有する単結晶粒子の懸濁液の形態であることを特徴とする、アルミン酸バリウムマグネシウム。
- 粒子が、平均寸法100nmから200nmを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアルミン酸塩。
- 粒子が、分布指数は最大0.7を有し、ここで当該分布指数は下記の比率、
σ/m=(d 84 −d 16 )/2d 50
であり、
式中、
d 84 は、粒子の84%がd 84 未満の直径を有する粒子の直径であり、
d 16 は、粒子の16%がd 16 未満の直径を有する粒子の直径であり、
d 50 は、粒子の平均径である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載のアルミン酸塩。 - 純粋相の形態で結晶化していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の一項に記載のアルミン酸塩。
- 式(I):a(Ba1−dM1 dO).b(Mg1−eM2 eO).c(Al2O3)を満たし、式中、M1は、希土類を表わし、M 2 は、亜鉛、マンガン、またはコバルトを表わし、a、b、c、d、およびeは、関係:0.25≦a≦2、0<b≦2、3≦c≦9、0≦d≦0.4、および0≦e≦0.6を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1から4の一項に記載のアルミン酸塩。
- M 1 は、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、イットリウム、イッテルビウム、ユーロピウム、ネオジム、またはジスプロシウムであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のアルミン酸塩。
- a=b=1およびc=5、またはa=b=1およびc=7、またはa=1、b=2、およびc=8である前記式(I)を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のアルミン酸塩。
- 請求項1から7の一項に記載のアルミン酸塩を生成する方法であって、以下の
アルミン酸塩組成物中のアルミニウム化合物および他の元素の化合物を含む液体混合物を形成するステップ、
前記混合物を噴霧乾燥するステップ、
乾燥生成物を焼成するステップ、および
焼成後の生成物に湿式粉砕操作を行うステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - アルミニウム化合物として、この元素のゾルを用いることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- アルミニウム化合物および上記元素の化合物として、硝酸塩を用いることを特徴とする、請求項8および9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7の一項に記載のアルミン酸塩、または請求項8から10の一項に記載の方法によって得られたアルミン酸塩を含むか、またはこれから製造されることを特徴とする発光装置。
- 請求項1から7の一項に記載のアルミン酸塩、または請求項8から10の一項に記載の方法によって得られたアルミン酸塩を含むか、またはこれから製造されることを特徴とするプラズマシステム。
- 請求項1から7の一項に記載のアルミン酸塩、または請求項8から10の一項に記載の方法によって得られたアルミン酸塩を含むか、またはこれから製造されることを特徴とする水銀蒸気ランプ。
- 請求項1から7の一項に記載のアルミン酸塩、または請求項8から10の一項に記載の方法によって得られたアルミン酸塩を含むか、またはこれから製造されることを特徴とする発光材料。
- 透明であり、上記アルミン酸塩が、平均寸法100nmから200nmを有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の材料。
- 請求項14および15のいずれかに記載の材料、および励起源も含むことを特徴とする発光システム。
