Description
本発明に係る建設機械の排気装置の第1実施形態は、例えば図1に示すように油圧ショベル1に備えられる。この油圧ショベル1は、走行体2と、この走行体2の上側に配置され、旋回フレーム3aを有する旋回体3と、この旋回体3の前方に取り付けられて上下方向に回動するフロント作業機4とを備えている。また、旋回体3は、前方に位置するキャブ7と、後方に配置されたカウンタウェイト6と、これらキャブ7とカウンタウェイト6との間に配置されたエンジンルーム5とを備えている。
図4は本発明の第2実施形態の要部の構成を示す図、図5は図4に示すB−B線に沿う断面図である。
図6は本発明の第3実施形態の要部の構成を示す図、図7は図6に示すC−C線に沿う断面図、図8は図6に示す排気管の内面における金網の取付部位を説明する図であり、図6に示す排気管を矢視D方向から見た図である。
3実施形態は、図8に示すように金網11を排気管10の鉛直部10aの内面に配設しないで排気管10の屈曲部10bの内面のうち上側の4分の1円周に金網11を設けている。その他の構成は第1実施形態と同じである。

Claims (4)
- 旋回体を有する建設機械の前記旋回体内部に設置され、エンジンの排ガスの後処理装置と、この後処理装置で処理され、その排気口から導かれる排気を外部へ排出する排気管とを備え、前記排気管は、前記旋回体の車体カバーに鉛直に配置され、前記後処理装置の前記排気口の周縁部を包含する鉛直部と、この鉛直部から屈曲する屈曲部とを有する建設機械の排気装置において、
前記排気管の前記屈曲部の内面のうち上側部分にのみ、排気の排出方向に複数の凹凸から成る凹凸部を配設したことを特徴とする建設機械の排気装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の排気装置において、
前記凹凸部は、少なくとも排気の流れ方向に対して横切る方向の凹凸を有することを特徴とする建設機械の排気装置。 - 請求項2に記載の建設機械の排気装置において、
前記凹凸部はメッシュ構造から成ることを特徴とする建設機械の排気装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械の排気装置において、
前記排気管と前記後処理装置の前記排気口の前記周縁部との間から外気を前記排気管内部へ流入させる通気口を有することを特徴とする建設機械の排気装置。
