Claims (7)
- 一又は二以上の列から成る製品(5)の少なくとも一つのフローを有し、当該製品フローに製品の充填装置(7)または充填密封装置(13)を備えた食品生産ラインの製品検査装置(15)において、
該製品検査装置(15)は、周期的に動作する該充填装置(7)ないし該充填密封装置(13)の下流または該充填装置(7)ないし該充填密封装置(13)の下流に配設された分離装置(23)の上流の生産ラインに配置され、その結果、該製品(5)は、該製品(5)の分離または梱包の前に検査され、
該製品検査装置(15)は、前記充填装置(7)または充填密封装置(13)の周期と同期的に動作するように構成され、製品のフロー方向(B)に平行でない走査経路(A)に沿って移動可能に構成され、前記製品検査装置(15)は、生産ラインの上下において互いに同期して前記走査経路(A)に沿って移動する放射線源(17)およびセンサ(19)を有し、前記放射線源(17)は前記製品のフロー方向(B)に広がった走査範囲を有し、前記センサ(19)は前記走査範囲の領域中に存在する
ことを特徴とする製品検査装置。 - 該検査装置が前記走査経路(A)に沿って双方向性動作を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製品検査装置。
- 該製品検査装置がX線装置(15)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製品検査装置。
- 前記製品の充填装置(7)または充填密封装置(13)が、食品の充填装置(7)または充填密封装置(13)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載の製品検査装置。
- 前記請求項1から4のいずれか1の製品検査装置を使用した製品検査方法であって、放射線源(17)とラインセンサ(19)から成る製品検査装置が、製品の充填装置(7)または充填密封装置(13)の周期的な動作と同期して、製品のフロー方向(B)に対して直角又は所定角を成す走査経路(A)に沿って移動して複数の製品を走査し、前記放射線源(17)とラインセンサ(19)は互いに同期して前記走査経路(A)に沿って移動し、かつ、前記放射線源(17)は前記製品の動きの方向(B)で複数の製品(5)を走査する製品検査方法。
- 前記走査経路(A)に沿った走査が双方向性であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の製品検査方法。
- 前記走査経路(A)に沿った走査が直線状であることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の製品検査方法。
