Claims (7)
- 液圧式に操作される自動変速機、特に円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機のための液圧システムであって、該液圧システムは調整弁(76)に接続されている供給管路(68)内の液圧を供給するためにポンプ(62)を内蔵しており、該供給管路(68)はパイロット弁(82)を介して制御管路(80)に接続されており、該制御管路(80)内に制御弁(84)が配置されており、該制御弁(84)によって前記調整弁の状態を規定する、前記制御管路内の圧力が調節可能である、液圧式に操作される自動変速機、特に円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機のための液圧システムにおいて、
ポンプ(62)の駆動装置から切り離されている補助駆動装置(94)により駆動可能な補助ポンプ(96)を有しており、該補助ポンプ(96)の出口管路(102)は制御管路(80)に向かって開放する第1の弁(106;114)を介して制御管路(80)に接続されており、かつ、供給管路(68)に向かって開放する第2の弁(110)を介して前記供給管路に接続されていることを特徴とする、液圧式に操作される自動変速機、特に円錐形プーリ式巻掛け変速機のための液圧システム。 - パイロット弁(82)は、制御管路(80)内の圧力が所定の値を超えて増大しないように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の液圧システム。
- パイロット弁(82)は、前記所定の圧力を超えた場合に開放するリターン通路(111)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の液圧システム。
- 前記供給管路は圧力制御弁(70)の制御チャンバ(112)に接続されており、圧力制御弁(70)を介して前記供給管路は前記自動変速機のトルクフィーラチャンバ(44)に接続されており、補助ポンプ(96)と制御管路(80)との接続が、前記補助ポンプの駆動時に供給管路(68)内に、前記圧力制御弁の最小開口を保証する運転圧が存在するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の液圧システム。
- 第1及び第2の弁が逆止弁(106,110)として形成されており、第1の逆止弁(106)と補助ポンプ(96)の出口管路(102)の制御管路(80)への開口部との間に絞り個所(104)が配置されており、該絞り個所(104)と前記第1の逆止弁との間において、前記供給管路へ開口している接続管路(108)が分岐しており、該接続管路(108)内に第2の逆止弁(110)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の液圧システム。
- 前記第1の弁は差圧弁(114)として形成されており、前記第2の弁は逆止弁(110)として形成されており、補助ポンプ(96)の出口管路(102)は差圧弁(114)を介して制御管路(80)に接続されており、前記差圧弁の上流側において前記出口管路から、供給管路(68)に開口している接続管路(108)が分岐しており、該接続管路(108)内に逆止弁(110)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の液圧システム。
- ポンプ(62)は自動車を駆動するための内燃機関によって駆動可能であり、補助ポンプ(96)は、少なくとも内燃機関の停止中に始動可能である電気モータ(94)によって駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の液圧システム。
