Description
前記ワイヤーの外側を取り囲む部分のうち、少なくとも前記ワイヤーの長手方向に沿った前記ワイヤーの両側の部分に、前記ワイヤーを保護するための保護部材が設けられているので、ワイヤーに熱応力などを与えることなく、また、半導体発光素子の発光の光束を低下させることなく、所定箇所間に配線したワイヤーを保護することができる。

Claims (3)
- 第1の基板と、第1の基板上に載置された第2の基板とを有し、第1の基板上には給電用パターンが形成され、第2の基板上には配線パターンが形成され、該配線パターン上の所定位置には複数のLEDチップが設けられ、前記給電用パターンと前記配線パターンとの間に電気的導通をとるためのワイヤーが接続される発光装置において、
前記ワイヤーの外側を取り囲む部分のうち、少なくとも前記ワイヤーの長手方向に沿った前記ワイヤーの両側の部分に、前記ワイヤーを保護するための保護部材が設けられ、
前記保護部材は、前記ワイヤーの高さ以上で前記LEDチップの高さ以下の高さを有することを特徴とする発光装置。 - 請求項1記載の発光装置において、前記保護部材は、所定の絶縁性樹脂またはセラミックスであることを特徴とする発光装置。
- 請求項1記載の発光装置において、前記保護部材は、前記保護部材は黒い樹脂であることを特徴とする発光装置。
