Description
しかし、上述した従来の車両の電気駆動システムに対し上記の冷却システムを構築すると、室外熱交換器と電動機との間の距離が長くなって冷媒配管が長くなるため、目標流量の増加に応じて冷媒循環用ポンプを駆動しても、室外熱交換器で冷却された冷却媒体が電動機や電力変換器などの駆動装置に到達するのに時間がかかる上に、冷媒配管が長くなるのにともなって冷却媒体の容積と熱容量が増大するため、冷却媒体全体の温度を下げるのにも時間がかかる。そのため、例えば、運転者の急激なアクセルペダル操作や走行負荷の急変に対応して冷媒供給量を増加させるためにポンプを駆動しても、十分に高い冷却応答性が得られないという問題がある。
本発明に係る車両は、上記車両の電気駆動システムを搭載したことを特徴とする。
Claims (12)
- 車両を電動駆動する電動駆動手段と、
前記電動駆動手段に冷却媒体を循環させる冷媒循環路と、前記冷却媒体と外気との間で熱交換を行う熱交換手段と、前記冷媒循環路を通して前記熱交換手段と前記電動駆動手段との間で前記冷却媒体を循環させる冷媒循環手段と、前記熱交換手段に送風する送風手段とを有する冷却手段と、を備えた車両の電気駆動システムであって、
前記電動駆動手段、前記冷媒循環路、前記熱交換手段、前記冷媒循環手段および前記送風手段を前記車両の車体フレームと異なるサブフレームに一体的に設置し、前記サブフレームを弾性支持部材を介して前記車体フレームに取り付ける際に、前記熱交換手段の前記冷却媒体の出口を入口よりも前記電動駆動手段の前記冷却媒体の入口近くに配置することを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記熱交換手段の前記冷却媒体の出口を前記熱交換手段を通過する外気の風量が多い部位に設けることを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記電動駆動手段の近くの外気が前記熱交換手段を通過するのを防止する整流板を備えることを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記熱交換手段を通過した外気を前記車両の室内へ導入する外気導入手段を備えることを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記送風手段により前記熱交換手段へ送風される外気が前記車両のドライブシャフトの上側と下側の両側を通過するように、前記熱交換手段を配設することを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記熱交換手段は、前記冷媒循環路と異なる別冷媒循環路を有し、前記別冷媒循環路に冷却媒体を圧縮する圧縮機と、前記圧縮機から流出した前記冷却媒体を外気に放熱して凝縮する凝縮器と、前記凝縮器から流出した前記冷却媒体の圧力を下げる膨張弁と、前記膨張弁から流出した前記冷却媒体を気化させて前記冷媒循環路を流れる前記冷却媒体から吸熱する蒸発器とを備えることを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項6に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記凝縮器の前記冷却媒体の出口を入口よりも前記蒸発器の前記冷却媒体の入口近くに配置することを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項6または請求項7に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記凝縮器と前記電動駆動手段との間の前記冷媒循環路および前記別冷媒循環路の長さが最小となる位置に前記蒸発器を配置することを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記電動駆動手段は、前記車両を走行駆動する電動機と前記電動機を駆動する電力変換器であり、前記冷媒循環路の上流側に前記電力変換器を配設し、下流側に前記電動機を配設することを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項9に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記電動機への前記冷却媒体の流入と迂回を切り換える流路切換手段を設け、前記電力変換器の冷却を優先する場合には、前記流路切換手段により前記電動機を迂回して前記冷却媒体を流すことを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の車両の電気駆動システムにおいて、
前記冷媒循環手段と前記送風手段を制御して前記電動駆動手段の冷却を制御する制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記電動駆動手段による車両の駆動力に応じた冷却能力を発揮するように前記冷媒循環手段と前記送風手段を制御することを特徴とする車両の電気駆動システム。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の車両の電気駆動システムを搭載したことを特徴とする車両。
