Description
本発明は、こうした実情に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、車両走行中の機関始動に伴って運転者に与えられる違和感を軽減することのできる車載内燃機関制御装置を提供することにある。
(1)請求項1に記載の発明は、駆動輪に動力を伝達する手段として内燃機関及び内燃機関以外の他の動力源を備える車両に適用され、車両走行中に機関始動を行なう車載内燃機関制御装置において、内燃機関を車両本体に対して連結するとともに機関振動の車両本体への伝達を自身の弾性変形を通じて軽減するマウントについてその変形度合に関連するパラメータを検出する検出手段と、車両走行中に機関始動を行なうに際して、前記検出手段により検出されるパラメータから前記マウントの変形度合が大きいと推定されるときには小さいと推定されるときに比較して、当該機関始動の1サイクル目の燃料噴射量を2サイクル目の燃料噴射量に対して相対的に大きく設定する設定部と、を備えることをその要旨としている。
図2に、本実施形態の内燃機関についてその断面構造を模式的に示す。尚、図2では、1つの気筒の断面構造を示している。
ここで、電力変換部9はインバータ及びコンバータ等を備えて構成されており、各モータジェネレータMG1、MG2から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換するとともにその電圧をバッテリ10の電圧レベルに変換して同バッテリ10に供給する。また、電力変換部9は、バッテリ10から供給される直流電力を交流電力に変換するとともに昇圧して各モータジェネレータMG1、MG2に供給する。
(1)本実施形態では、電子制御装置20を通じて、車両走行中に機関始動を行なうに際して、車両の要求駆動力TRQが所定値TRQth以下であるときには、マウント11の変形度合が所定度合以下であると推定して、当該機関始動の2サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q2を1サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q1に対して大きく設定するようにした(Q2>Q1)。一方、車両の要求駆動力TRQが所定値TRQthよりも大きいときには、マウント11の変形度合が所定度合よりも大きいと推定して、当該機関始動の1サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q1を2サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q2に対して大きく設定するようにした(Q1>Q2)。これにより、車両走行中に機関始動を行なうに際して、マウント11の変形度合が所定度合以下であると推定されるときには、当該機関始動の2サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q2が1サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q1に対して大きく設定されることにより、初爆に伴う機関出力の増大が緩やかなものとなる。またこのとき、マウント11の変形度合が小さい、すなわちマウント11の弾性変形の余裕代が大きいことから、マウント11の弾性変形を通じて初爆に伴う振動の車両本体2への伝達が好適に軽減されるようになる。一方、車両走行中に機関始動を行なうに際して、マウント11の変形度合が所定度合よりも大きいと推定されるときには、当該機関始動の1サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q1が2サイクル目の燃料噴射量Q2に対して大きく設定されることにより、マウント11の変形度合が大きく、すなわちマウント11の弾性変形の余裕代が小さく、マウント11の弾性変形を通じて初爆に伴う振動の車両本体2への伝達を好適に軽減することができないときには、初爆に伴う振動をより早いタイミングで発生させることで、クランキングに伴う振動と初爆に伴う振動との時間間隔を短くすることができる。従って、車両走行中の機関始動に伴って運転者に与えられる違和感を軽減することができるようになる。

- 駆動輪を回転させる動力源として内燃機関及び内燃機関以外の他の動力源を備える車両に適用され、車両走行中に機関始動を行なう車載内燃機関制御装置において、
内燃機関を車両本体に対して連結するとともに機関振動の車両本体への伝達を自身の弾性変形を通じて軽減するマウントについてその変形度合に関連するパラメータを検出する検出手段と、
車両走行中に機関始動を行なうに際して、前記検出手段により検出されるパラメータから前記マウントの変形度合が大きいと推定されるときには小さいと推定されるときに比較して、当該機関始動の1サイクル目の燃料噴射量を2サイクル目の燃料噴射量に対して相対的に大きく設定する設定部と、を備える
ことを特徴とする車載内燃機関制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載内燃機関制御装置において、
前記設定部は、前記マウントの変形度合が所定度合以下であると推定されるときには、当該機関始動の2サイクル目の燃料噴射量を1サイクル目の燃料噴射量に対して大きく設定する一方、前記マウントの変形度合が前記所定度合よりも大きいと推定されるときには、当該機関始動の1サイクル目の燃料噴射量を2サイクル目の燃料噴射量に対して大きく設定する

ことを特徴とする車載内燃機関制御装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の車載内燃機関制御装置において、
前記設定部は、機関温度が所定温度よりも低いときに、前記パラメータから推定される前記マウントの変形度合に応じた燃料噴射量の設定を行なう
ことを特徴とする車載内燃機関制御装置。
