図2は例13および14の摩耗深さグラフである。
10Lの水、25gのラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、組成に相応する量のPPTA粉末、他の成分および34kgの35%濃度PTFE分散物を20分、強力に攪拌する。その後に1kgの20%濃度硝酸アルミニウム溶液を添加する。凝集を行なった後に1Lのトルエンをこの混合物中に攪拌混入しそして溢れでる液体を除く。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1種類の支持体層と、マトリックス材料としてPTFEまたはPTFEと260℃以上の融点の他の弗素系熱可塑性樹脂との組合せを含有する軸筒用滑り層材料よりなる滑り層とを有する多層材料において、
その割合がPTFEまたはPTFEと他の弗素系熱可塑性樹脂との混合物およびポリアラミドの合計量を基準として10〜50容量%である少なくとも1種類の粉末状ポリアラミドを滑り層材料に含有していること、
支持体層が金属製裏当て材であり、その上に多孔質焼結層が設けられていること、および、
滑り層材料が焼結層を覆いそして焼結層の少なくとも1部の孔を充填していること、
を特徴とする、上記多層材料。 - 少なくとも1種類の支持体層と、PTFEが混入されたPVDF、PSU、PES、PEIおよび/またはPEEKよりなるマトリックス材料を有する軸筒用滑り層材料よりなる滑り層とを有する多層材料において、
その割合がPTFEおよびポリアラミドの合計量を基準として10〜50容量%である少なくとも1種類の粉末状ポリアラミドを含有していること、
マトリックス材料の割合が滑り層材料全体を基準として60〜95容量%であること、
支持体層が金属製裏当て材であり、その上に多孔質焼結層が設けられていること、および、
滑り層材料が焼結層を覆いそして焼結層の少なくとも1部の孔を充填していること、
を特徴とする、上記多層材料。 - ポリアラミドの割合がPTFEまたはPTFEと他の弗素系熱可塑性樹脂との混合物およびポリアラミドの合計量を基準として20〜50容量%である請求項1または2のいずれか一つに記載の多層材料。
- ポリアラミドの割合がPTFEまたはPTFEと他の弗素系熱可塑性樹脂との混合物およびポリアラミドの合計量を基準として10〜30容量%である請求項1または2のいずれか一つに記載の多層材料。
- ポリアラミドがポリ−(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)および/またはポリ−(p−ベンズアミド)である請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の多層材料。
- ポリアラミド粉末の粒度が100μm未満である請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載の多層材料。
- ポリアラミド粉末の粒度が50μm未満である請求項1〜6の何れか一つに記載の多層材料。
- 弗素系熱可塑性樹脂がPFA、FEPおよび/またはEPEでありそしてその割合が最高でPTFEのそれと同じである請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の多層材料。
- ポリアラミドの一部が他の成分に交換されており、PTFEまたはPTFEと他の弗素系熱可塑性樹脂との混合物、ポリアラミドおよび他の成分の合計量を基準としてポリアラミドの割合が10容量%を下回らない請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の多層材料。
- 他の成分が硬質物質、顔料、繊維材料、固体潤滑剤、熱硬化性樹脂または高温熱可塑性樹脂より成る群の1種類以上である請求項9に記載の多層材料。
- 支持体層が金属製編製物または金属製格子状物よりなりそして滑り層材料が金属製編製物または金属製格子状物を覆いそして金属製編製物または金属製格子状物の少なくとも一部の間隙を充填している請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の多層材料。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の多層材料において、滑り層材料が支持体層の上に直接的に載せられている、上記多層材料。
- PTFEが混入されたPVDF、PSU、PES、PEIおよび/またはPEEKよりなるマトリックス材料を有する滑り層材料であって、少なくとも1種類の粉末状ポリアラミドを含有しており、その割合がPTFEおよびポリアラミドの合計量を基準として10〜50容量%であり、マトリックス材料の割合が滑り層材料全体を基準として60〜95容量%である上記滑り層材料の、軸筒用の中実合成樹脂滑り要素としての使用。
