Claims (9)
- 突合せシームとして形成された溶接シーム(15)を備えた、肉厚の構成部材(1)と肉薄の構成部材(3)との間の溶接結合部において、溶接シーム(15)の溶接ルート(17)が、肉薄の構成部材(3)の内径に達しており、溶接ルート(17)の領域に、溶接スパッタを収容するための中空室(33)が設けられており、該中空室(33)が、肉薄の構成部材(3)の押込み加工部(30)と、別個の嵌込み部材(31)とによって形成されるようになっていることを特徴とする、肉厚の構成部材と肉薄の構成部材との間の溶接結合部。
- 突合せシームとして形成された溶接シーム(15)を備えた、肉厚の構成部材(1)と肉薄の構成部材(3)との間の溶接結合部において、溶接シーム(15)の溶接ルート(17)が、肉薄の構成部材(3)の内径に達しており、溶接ルート(17)の領域に、溶接スパッタを収容するための中空室(33)が設けられており、
溶接シーム(15)のシーム厚さ(a)が、肉厚の構成部材(1)によって規定されるように、肉厚の構成部材(1)が、溶接シーム(15)の領域で形成されており、
肉厚の構成部材(1)が、溶接シーム(15)の領域に凹部(19)を有しており、
該凹部(19)が、15°の移行角(b)を有していることを特徴とする、肉厚の構成部材と肉薄の構成部材との間の溶接結合部。 - 肉厚の構成部材(1)が、溶接シーム(15)の領域に肉薄の構成部材(3)よりも小さな肉厚(SPG)または肉薄の構成部材(3)と同じ大きさの肉厚(SPG)を有している、請求項2記載の溶接結合部。
- 肉厚の構成部材が、肉薄の構成部材(3)に対するセンタリングつば(29)を有している、請求項2または3記載の溶接結合部。
- 中空室が、肉厚の構成部材(1)の凹部(19)によって形成されるようになっている、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の溶接結合部。
- 溶接シーム(15)のシーム厚さ(a)が、肉薄の構成部材(3)によって規定されるようになっている、請求項1記載の溶接結合部。
- 溶接シーム(15)が、I形シーム、V形シームまたはY形シームとして形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の溶接結合部。
- 肉薄の構成部材(3)が、変形加工によって製作されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の溶接結合部。
- 内燃機関に用いられる燃料高圧ポンプであって、肉厚のポンプハウジング(1)と肉薄のカバー(3)とが設けられており、該カバー(3)が、ポンプハウジング(1)に溶接されている形式のものにおいて、カバー(3)とポンプハウジング(1)との間に、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の溶接結合部が形成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関に用いられる燃料高圧ポンプ。
