Description
実施形態1では、本発明の第1の閉鎖型貯血槽(以下、単に「貯血槽」とも呼ぶ。)の一例について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1および図2は、本実施形態の閉鎖型貯血槽の一例を示す斜視図である。
実施形態2では、本発明の第1の閉鎖型貯血槽の他の例について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図6は、本実施の形態における閉鎖型貯血槽を示す斜視図である。
実施形態3では、本発明の第1の閉鎖型貯血槽のさらに別の例について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図7は、本実施形態における閉鎖型貯血槽を示す断面図である。
実施形態4では、実施形態1〜3で説明した閉鎖型貯血槽を用いて構成された、本発明の第1の体外血液循環装置の一例について説明する。
実施形態5では、本発明の第2の閉鎖型貯血槽の一例および本発明の第3の閉鎖型貯血槽の一例、およびこれらを用いた、本発明の第2、第3の体外血液循環装置の一例について説明する。
実施形態6では、本発明の第4の閉鎖型貯血槽の一例、および、本発明の第4の体外血液循環装置の一例について説明する。
Claims (5)
- 外方に凸となった曲面形状部分を含む、貯血室シェルと容量調節室シェルが結合され、内部に空間を形成する外殻と、
前記貯血室シェルと前記容量調節室シェルの間に介在し、前記空間を、血液を貯留するための貯血室と容量調節液を貯留するための容量調節室とに区画する可撓性を有する隔壁と、
前記貯血室シェルに設けられた、血液流入ポート、血液流出ポートおよび貯血室排気ポートと、
前記容量調節室シェルに設けられた、前記容量調節液を注入排出するための容量調節液ポートおよび容量調節室排気ポートとを備え、
前記隔壁は、前記外殻内の空間内に配置され平坦な平坦部と、前記平坦部の内側領域であって前記貯血室シェル側または前記容量調節室シェル側に曲面状に突出可能に成形された曲面部とを含み、前記貯血室側に最大に膨らんだ状態で、その成形形状が保持され、
前記平坦部の外側に前記平坦部に接して設けられた保持部材をさらに含み、
前記保持部材が、前記貯血室シェルと前記容量調節室シェルの間に挟まれることにより、前記隔壁が前記外殻内に保持されており、
前記平坦部は、前記隔壁の、前記貯血室シェルの外周縁に沿った一部領域であり、
前記貯血室の中央上部に前記貯血室排気ポートが設けられ、
前記血液流入ポートおよび前記血液流出ポートは、前記血液流入ポートから前記貯血室内に流入する血液が前記貯血室シェルの内面に沿って旋回可能なように、それぞれ前記貯血室シェルの内面の接線方向に沿って、前記貯血室シェルの前記曲面形状部分の周縁部に設けられていることを特徴とする閉鎖型貯血槽。 - 前記隔壁の前記曲面部の成形形状における曲率が、前記貯血室シェル内面の曲率よりも小さい請求項1に記載の閉鎖型貯血槽。
- 前記容量調節室シェルは、その中央部を頂点とする形状を有し、
前記容量調節室シェルの中央部に前記容量調節液ポートが設けられるとともに、前記容量調節液ポートに隣接して前記容量調節室排気ポートが設けられた請求項1又は2に記載の閉鎖型貯血槽。 - 前記容量調節室排気ポートが設けられることにより前記容量調節室シェルに形成された排気ポート開口部は、前記容量調節室シェルの内壁面から外方に向かって設けられた窪みの中に配置されている請求項3に記載の閉鎖型貯血槽。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの項に記載の閉鎖型貯血槽と、
前記容量調節室に対して注入排出される前記容量調節液を貯液するための容量調節液槽と、
前記容量調節液ポートと前記容量調節液槽とを接続し、流量を調節可能な管路部材と、
前記血液流出ポートに接続された血液ポンプとを備えたことを特徴とする体外血液循環装置。
