Description
本発明の更なる目的は、同じリザーバー供給源を使って複数の患者に注入を行うことのできる造影剤のリザーバーを備えた注入器システムを提供することである。
本発明の更なる目的は、各使用の間、造影剤/流体供給源が汚染されることのないシステムを提供することである。
本発明の別の実施形態は、約5回まで再使用が可能な複数回使用部分を考慮している。
本発明の別の実施形態は、サブアッセンブリの使用者にキットとして提供される1回使用部分を考慮している。
本発明は、更に、血管造影剤注入器システムに使用する注射器であって、遠位端と、近位端と、ポンプ室とを有する注射器本体を備えている注射器を考慮している。更に、注射器プランジャは、注射器のポンプ室内に配置されており、注射器本体の遠位端から近位端までの経路に沿って動くことができる。更に、注射器プランジャは、ユーザーインタフェースアッセンブリに接続され、ユーザーインタフェースアッセンブリによって制御されており、注射器本体が使用最大回数使用されると、注射器プランジャは注射器本体から自動的に接続解除される。
使用方法
本発明のシステム10は、最初に使用する前に、装置の使用者又はオペレーターが適切にセットアップしなければならない。システム10のオペレーターは、最初に、年齢、性別、身長、体重などの患者のパラメータをユーザーインタフェースサブアッセンブリ14へ入力する。次に、オペレーターは、放射線学、心臓学など、実行される処置のタイプを選択する。次に、オペレーターには、ディスプレイを通して、選択された特定の処置と一般的に関係する目標領域の選択が提示される。例えば、オペレーターが心臓学的処置を選択した場合、オペレーターには、ディスプレイを通して、右冠状動脈、左冠状動脈、左心室、大動脈などを含む目標領域の選択が与えられる。オペレーターは、注入型式を選択した後、システム10によって実行される造影剤注入又は食塩水灌流のような特定の機能を入力する。患者及びシステムの全情報が注入器システム10のユーザーインタフェースサブアッセンブリ14にプログラムされた後、装置のオペレーターは、システム10を作動させる。
Claims (12)
- 医療流体の注入器において、
医療流体を注入するための注入器アッセンブリと、
該注入器アッセンブリともに使用する第1の複数回使用注射器と、
該第1の複数回使用注射器が医療流体を送給するために使用された回数をカウントする計数機と、
医療流体注入器のオペレータに前記第1の複数回使用注射器が医療流体を送給するために使用された回数を知らせることにより、オペレータが該第1の複数回使用注射器を第2の複数回使用注射器と交換するか、または該第1の複数回使用注射器を継続して使用することを可能とする医療流体注入器のユーザーインターフェースサブアッセンブリと、を備えた
医療流体注入器。 - 前記医療流体注入器のユーザーインターフェースサブアッセンブリがさらに、医療行為終了機能を提供し、これにより注入処置の後に、オペレータがキーを押すことにより処置を終了し、これにより医療流体注入器に該処置を前記第1の複数回使用注射器の一回の使用としてカウントさせる、請求項1に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記注入器が再開特性を含み、これにより前記注入器が注入処置の終了前に停止したとき、オペレータが前記第1の複数回使用注射器を交換する必要無しに、後で該注入器を使い続けることを可能とする、請求項1に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記注入器が医療行為終了特性を含み、これにより注入処置の後に、オペレータがキーを押すことにより処置を終了し、これにより医療流体注入器に該処置を第1の複数回使用注射器の一回の使用としてカウントさせる、請求項3に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 再始動特性をさらに含み、これにより前記注射器が注入処置が完了する前に停止したとき、オペレータが前記第1の複数回使用注射器を第2の複数回使用注射器と交換可能とする、請求項3または4に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記第1の複数回使用注射器が医療流体を異なった患者に送給するのに使用された回数をカウントする医療行為計数機をさらに備えている、請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記注入器は、医療行為終了の信号が前記医療流体注入器のユーザーインターフェースサブアッセンブリに入力される回数を監視することにより、前記第1の複数回使用注射器が使用された回数を計算する、請求項1に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記医療流体注入器のユーザーインターフェースサブアッセンブリが、オペレータに前記第1の複数回使用注射器の使用が所定回数に到達したことを知らせるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記第1の複数回使用注射器が第2の複数回使用注射器と交換されたとき、前記第1の複数回使用注射器が使用された回数のカウントをゼロに設定するように当該注入器が形成されている、請求項1に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記第1の複数回使用注射器が所定回数使用された後に、オペレータに該第1の複数回使用注射器を第2の複数回使用注射器と交換することを要求するように当該注入器が形成されている、請求項1に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 前記第1の複数回使用注射器が所定回数使用された後に、該第1の複数回使用注射器が第2の複数回使用注射器と交換されるまで当該注入器の作用を停止するように当該注入器が形成されている、請求項10に記載の医療流体注入器。
- 医療流体注入器を制御する方法であって、
医療流体注入器の医療流体を注入するための注入器アッセンブリに第1の複数回使用注射器を接続すること、
該第1の複数回使用注射器が医療流体を送給するために使用された回数を計数機によりカウントすること、
医療流体注入器のオペレータに前記第1の複数回使用注射器が医療流体を送給するために使用された回数を知らせること、
オペレータが該第1の複数回使用注射器を第2の複数回使用注射器と交換するか、または該第1の複数回使用注射器を継続して使用することを可能とすること、
からなる医療流体注入器を制御する方法。
