Claims (13)
- 中央クラウン部と2つの軸方向に対向する側部とを含むカーカス構造であって、各側部がそれぞれビード構造と関連付けられる、カーカス構造と、
前記カーカス構造の半径方向外側の位置に付与されたベルト構造と、
前記ベルト構造に対して半径方向外側の位置に付与されたタイヤトレッドと、を備えたオートバイ用タイヤであって、
前記タイヤは、f/C≧0.2の横方向曲率比および(H−f)/H≦0.7の側壁高さ比を有し、
前記ベルト構造には、前記タイヤの赤道面に対して略ゼロ角度で互いに平行な複数の巻き線を形成するように構成された少なくとも1つの糸状補強要素を含むベルト層が設けられ、
前記赤道面(X−X)とショルダとの間の中間ゾーンにおいて、前記ベルトは、前記赤道面に対応する有効伸び率よりも大きい有効伸び率を有し、
前記中間ゾーンは、少なくとも±35°のキャンバ角を中心にした範囲内に延在し、
前記中間ゾーンは、少なくとも±45°のキャンバ角まで延在し、
前記有効伸び率は、約±45°のキャンバ角を中心とした範囲と前記ショルダとの間で実質的に減少する、オートバイ用タイヤ。 - 前記中間ゾーンは、少なくとも30°の角度振幅を超えて延在する、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記中間ゾーンは、前記赤道面まで延在する、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記有効伸び率は、前記赤道面を中心とした範囲および約±20°のキャンバ角を中心とした範囲から実質的に増加する、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記赤道面(X−X)を中心とした範囲と約±35°のキャンバ角を中心とした範囲との間の有効伸び率における前記差異は、前記タイヤが約0.5barまで膨張され、30kgの負荷を掛けられ、かつ少なくとも170km/hの加速にさらされた場合、0.05%よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記赤道面(X−X)を中心とした範囲と約±35°のキャンバ角を中心とした範囲との間の有効伸び率における前記差異は、前記タイヤが約0.5barまで膨張され、30kgの負荷を掛けられ、かつ少なくとも170km/hの加速にさらされた場合、0.08%よりも大きい、請求項5に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記糸状補強要素は、金属製である、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記糸状補強要素は、高伸び率を有する鋼から作られる、請求項7に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記糸状補強要素は、炭素含有量が0.9%より大きい鋼から作られる、請求項7または8に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記ベルト構造は、2〜5つの糸状補強要素を含む少なくとも1つのゴム引布のストリップから形成される、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記糸状補強要素は、前記赤道面から前記ベルト構造の軸方向外側の先端に向けて徐々に増加する密度で分散される、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- 前記糸状補強要素の前記密度は、前記赤道面(X−X)に跨る所定の幅を有するゾーンにおいて、8コード/cm以下の値を有する、請求項1に記載のオートバイ用タイヤ。
- f/C≧0.2の横方向曲率比および(H−f)/H≦0.7の側壁高さ比を有するオートバイ用タイヤの運転特性を制御する方法であって、
前記オートバイ用タイヤは、前記タイヤの赤道面(X−X)に対して略ゼロ角度で互いに平行な複数の巻き線を形成するように構成された少なくとも1つの糸状補強要素を含むベルト層が設けられたベルト構造を有し、
前記方法は、前記赤道面(X−X)に対応する有効伸び率に対して、前記赤道面(X−X)とショルダとの間の中間ゾーンにおける前記ベルトの有効伸び率を増加させることを含み、
前記中間ゾーンは、少なくとも±35°のキャンバ角を中心とした範囲内に延在し、
前記中間ゾーンは、少なくとも±45°のキャンバ角まで延在し、
前記有効伸び率は、約±45°のキャンバ角を中心とした範囲と前記ショルダとの間で実質的に減少する、
オートバイ用タイヤの運転特性を制御する方法。
