図1は、本発明の一実施の形態である実施の形態1における熱処理炉において浸炭窒化処理された機械部品を備えた転がり軸受としての深溝玉軸受の構成を示す概略断面図である。図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態1における転がり軸受としての深溝玉軸受について説明する。
以下、本発明の一実施の形態である実施の形態2について説明する。図14は、図7および図8における雰囲気採取パイプの周辺を拡大して示す概略部分断面図である。
以下、本発明の一実施の形態である実施の形態3について説明する。図15は、図7および図8における雰囲気採取パイプの周辺を拡大して示す概略部分断面図である。

ここで、C0 Aは測定開始時のアンモニアの体積分率、CAは任意の時間におけるアンモニアの体積分率、tは測定開始からの経過時間、kは反応速度定数である。
Claims (3)
- 鋼の熱処理を実施するための熱処理炉であって、
被処理物を保持する保持部を有する反応室と、
前記反応室内に開口を有し、筒状の形状を有する筒状部を含み、前記開口から前記反応室内の雰囲気を採取する雰囲気採取部材と、
前記雰囲気採取部材の前記筒状部の外周面を取り囲むシール部材と、
前記シール部材の外周面を取り囲み、前記反応室の外壁に接続された外方壁部と、
前記シール部材を冷却する冷却部とを備え、
前記雰囲気採取部材は、
前記開口と前記保持部との距離が変更可能に設置されており、
前記筒状部の軸方向に、前記外方壁部に対して相対的に移動可能に設置されている、熱処理炉。 - 前記熱処理は、浸炭窒化処理であり、
前記雰囲気採取部材に接続され、前記雰囲気採取部材により採取された前記雰囲気中の未分解アンモニアの体積分率を算出する雰囲気分析部と、
前記雰囲気分析部に接続され、算出された前記未分解アンモニアの体積分率に基づいて、前記反応室内の前記雰囲気を制御する雰囲気制御部とをさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記雰囲気採取部材は、前記シール部材と一体に、前記外方壁部に対して相対的に移動可能となっている、請求項1または2に記載の熱処理炉。
