Description
破砕したトウモロコシに2000gの水を加え、高圧ホモゲナイザー(品名:ホモジナイザーH31DH、三丸機械工業株式会社製)を用い、処理圧力20MPaで均質化処理を行い、均質化処理液3000gを得た。得られた均質化処理液の噴霧乾燥を加圧ノズル型の噴霧機を用いて行ったところ、新鮮な風味を有するトウモロコシパウダーが得られた。
Claims (1)
- 植物の果皮や種子を含む全果を0℃以上30℃以下の温度帯で粉砕し、粉砕後に処理圧力5MPa以上での均質化処理を高圧ホモゲナイザー処理にて行い、均質化処理液を、加圧ノズル型の噴霧機を用いて噴霧乾燥することを特徴とする植物パウダーの製造方法
