Description
(1)集合電池10を組付けた後、仕切りブロック12の凹凸構造13が成形された面は、単一電池11の一面をカバーし、直接に外部に露呈することではないため、電池からの熱を有効に放熱できない。
(1)電池モジュール同士間にある空間が存在し、前記空間により、電池モジュール同士が直接に接触しないため、熱を有効に放出でき、そして電池モジュール同士の間に放熱通路が形成されるため、集合電池の外部のより冷たい空気が放熱通路内の熱い空間と熱交換でき、放熱効果を増加できる。
まず、図2乃至図5を参照する。本発明の一実施例の放熱構造付き集合電池は、電池モジュール201、202の間には、四つの放熱具30と、四つの間隔スリーブ40とが設けられ、そして四つのねじ軸50が上記の部材を挿通して締結する。

Claims (1)
- 少なくとも二つの電池モジュールと、少なくとも四つの放熱具と、少なくとも四つの間隔スリーブと、少なくとも四つのねじ軸と、を含み、
前記電池モジュールは、複数の単一電池を電気的に接続して矩形を呈するフレームに組付けて構成され、前記フレームの対応する二つの面は、内面と、表面と、をそれぞれ定義し、前記フレームの対応する二つの側面は、左側面と、右側面と、をそれぞれ定義し、前記各単一電池の一側面は前記フレームの前記内面から外部に露呈し、前記フレームの四つのコナーに貫通孔がそれぞれ設けられ、
前記放熱具は、金属で作製されるプレートを有し、前記プレートの二つの対応する端部に締結穴がそれぞれ設けられ、前記プレートの二つの対応する端面は、通路面と、接触面と、をそれぞれ定義し、前記接触面の一側に放熱フィン面が立設されており、前記放熱フィン面の外面に複数のフィンが距離を置いて配列されており、前記放熱具は前記接触面及び前記電池モジュールの前記内面から露呈する前記単一電池の一側面と接触し、前記放熱フィン面は前記電池モジュールの前記左側面と前記右側面とに対応し、前記放熱具の前記締結穴は前記フレームに設けられる前記貫通孔に対応し、前記各電池モジュールは二つの前記放熱具と接触し、
前記間隔スリーブは、前記各放熱具の前記締結穴に設けられ、
前記ねじ軸は、前記電池モジュールの前記貫通孔、前記放熱具の前記締結穴、前記間隔スリーブと別の前記電池モジュールの前記貫通孔を順次に挿通して締結することにより、前記二つの電池モジュールの間に位置する二つの前記通路面がある距離を置いて空間を形成して放熱通路を構成することを特徴とする放熱構造付き集合電池。
