Claims (1)
- 研削装置のスピンドル先端に固定されたホイールマウントに装着される研削ホイールであって、
該ホイールマウントに装着されるマウント装着プレートと、
中央部に形成され該マウント装着プレートに連結する第1の厚みを有する円柱状連結部と、該円柱状連結部を囲繞して形成され該第1の厚みよりも薄い第2の厚みを有する環状共振部と、該環状共振部を囲繞して形成され該第2の厚みよりも薄い第3の厚みを有する環状振動伝達部と、該環状振動伝達部を囲繞し研削砥石が環状に固定される環状研削砥石固定部とを有するホイールベースと、
該ホイールベースの該環状研削砥石固定部に固定された複数の研削砥石と、
該ホイールベースの前記環状共振部に配設された超音波振動子と、
該マウント装着プレートの全周と該ホイールベースの全周とを囲繞するように該マウント装着プレートの外周と該ホイールベースの外周とに締結された円筒状薄板と、
を具備したことを特徴とする研削ホイール。
