Description
Claims (2)
- 異なる合金から形成された少なくとも2層からなる複合金属インゴットのキャスティング方法であって、
該方法は、溶融金属を添加する供給端と凝固したインゴットを抜き出す排出端と、該供給端を少なくとも2つの別個の供給チャンバに分割し、該各供給チャンバを少なくとも1つの他の供給チャンバに隣接させた状態で、下端が該排出端の上方に位置するように配置された分割壁とを有する、開口を備えた環状モールドを用いる方法であり、
隣接する供給チャンバ対に対し、第1合金からなる第1のストリームを該供給チャンバ対の一方の第1チャンバに供給して該第1チャンバの中に上面を有する第1合金プールを形成し、第2合金からなる第2のストリームを該供給チャンバ対の他方の第2チャンバに供給して該第2チャンバの中に上面を有する第2合金プールを形成する一方、
供給端を分割する分割壁は可撓性で、かつ分割壁の形状はキャスティング時に調整されており、
2つの合金ストリームを接合して2層となし、その接合された合金層を冷却し隈無く均一な界面を有する複合インゴットを形成する、複合金属インゴットのキャスティング方法。 - 開口を有する環状モールドを備え、該環状モールドは、供給端と、排出端と、該排出端の内部に取着され該環状モールドの軸方向に移動する可動の底ブロックとを有し、該環状モールドの供給端は少なくとも2つの別個の供給チャンバに分割され、各供給チャンバは少なくとも1つの別の供給チャンバに隣接する一方、隣接するチャンバ対は該環状モールドの排出端の上部で終了する分割壁により分離されており、
上記分割壁は可撓性であり、かつキャスティング操作時に上記分割壁の曲率を変化させるように上記分割壁に取着された1以上の直線アクチュエーターと制御アームとを有する、複合金属インゴット製造用のキャスティング装置。
