Claims (10)
- 被加工物に対するアナログ・プローブまたは走査プローブの規準の位置を含む所定の軌道を予め設定するデータを含むプログラムを工作機械の制御器に保存するステップと、
前記規準の位置における少なくとも1つの目標のプローブ出力の読み取り値からなるデータを前記プログラムとともに保存するステップと、
前記プログラムの制御の下で、予め設定された前記所定の軌道に沿う、前記アナログ・プローブまたは走査プローブと前記被加工物との間での相対的移動を引き起こすステップと、
移動中、前記プローブの出力を利用しながら、前記プローブに対する前記被加工物の表面の位置を測定するステップと、
前記プローブの出力からの前記被加工物の表面の位置の測定値を、前記プログラムとともに保存されている、前記少なくとも1つの目標のプローブ出力の読み取り値からなるデータと組み合わせるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とするアナログ・プローブまたは走査プローブを用いて工作機械上の被加工物を測定する方法。 - 前記組み合わせるステップの結果が、前記被加工物の寸法を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組み合わせるステップの結果が、前記被加工物の寸法のための誤差値を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プログラムとともに保存されている前記データに従う前記規準の位置と前記被加工物に対する前記プローブの前記実際の位置との間の差を補償するステップを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記補償するステップは、既知の寸法及び形状を持つ加工製品からのデータを使用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記加工製品は、測定される前記被加工物の特徴と同じ寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記加工製品は、測定される前記特徴と異なる寸法を有するか、または、異なる速度で測定され、補償は、そのような異なる寸法または異なる速度を修正する補間法を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記補償するステップは、前記被加工物の前記表面で測定された基準点からのデータを使用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記補償するステップは、遅い速度と速い速度での前記被加工物の表面の走査を比較することにより判別される誤差地図を使用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 被加工物に対するアナログ・プローブまたは走査プローブの規準の位置を含む所定の軌道を予め設定するデータを含むプログラムを保存する制御器であって、前記規準の位置における少なくとも1つの目標のプローブ出力の読み取り値からなるデータを保存する制御器と、
前記プログラムの制御の下で、予め設定された前記所定の軌道に沿う、前記アナログ・プローブまたは走査プローブと前記被加工物との間での相対的移動を引き起こす手段と、
移動中、前記プローブの出力を利用しながら、前記プローブに対する前記被加工物の表面の位置を測定する手段と、
前記プローブの出力からの前記被加工物の表面の位置の測定値を、前記プログラムとともに保存されている、前記少なくとも1つの目標のプローブ出力の読み取り値からなるデータと組み合わせる手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするアナログ・プローブまたは走査プローブを用いて工作機械上の被加工物を測定する装置。
