Claims (11)
- 陽極集電体に陽極活物質が塗布された陽極板と、
陰極集電体に陰極活物質が塗布された陰極板と、
前記陽極板と陰極板との間に介在されるセパレータとを含み、
前記陽極板と陰極板及びセパレータが巻回されてなる二次電池の電極組立体において、
前記陽極板の全体長さを基準として、電極組立体の外郭に位置する巻取末端から40%以上の距離まで前記陽極板と陰極板の短絡を防止する位置に連続的に形成されるセラミックス層を含み、
前記セラミックス層は、最大70%以下の距離まで連続的に形成され、
前記セパレータは、高分子樹脂からなるフィルム形態であり、
前記セラミックス層は、前記フィルム形態であるセパレータの少なくとも一面に積層されることを特徴とする二次電池の電極組立体。 - 前記陽極板の全体長さを基準として、前記セラミックス層は、電極組立体の外郭に位置する巻取末端から最小45%以上、最大70%以下の長さに該当する範囲内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- 前記セラミックス層は、前記陰極板の少なくとも一面に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- 前記陰極板は、前記陰極集電体に前記陰極活物質が塗布されない無地部を含み、
前記セラミックス層は、前記無地部まで延長して積層されることを特徴とする 請求項3に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。 - 前記セラミックス層は、前記陰極板に塗布される前記陰極活物質層に積層されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- 前記セラミックス層は、前記陽極板の少なくとも一面に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- 前記陽極板は、前記陽極集電体に前記陽極活物質が塗布されない無地部を含み、
前記セラミックス層は、前記無地部まで延長して積層されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。 - 前記セラミックス層は、前記陽極板に塗布される前記陽極活物質層に積層されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- 前記陰極板が前記陽極板に比べて外郭に位置した状態で巻回され、
前記陰極板の両面のうち前記陽極板に対向する一面に前記セラミックス層が積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。 - 前記陽極板が前記陰極板に比べて外郭に位置した状態で巻回され、
前記陽極板の両面のうち前記陰極板に対向する一面に前記セラミックス層が積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。 - 一側が開放された缶と、
陽極集電体に陽極活物質が塗布された陽極板と陰極集電体に陰極活物質が塗布された陰極板と前記陽極板と陰極板との間に介在されたセパレータの巻回型になり、
巻回外郭の末端から前記陽極板の全体長さに対比して40%以上の長さまで前記陽極板と陰極板の短絡を防止する位置に連続的に形成されるセラミックス層をさらに含み、前記セラミックス層は前記陽極板の全体長さに対比して最大70%以下の距離まで連続的に形成され、前記缶の開放された一側を介して収容される電極組立体と、
前記缶の開放された一側を外部と遮断するキャッププレート及び前記キャッププレートに絶縁された状態で結合されて前記電極組立体のいずれか一極性と電気的に連結される電極端子を含むキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記セパレータは、高分子樹脂からなるフィルム形態であり、
前記セラミックス層は、前記フィルム形態であるセパレータの少なくとも一面に積層されることを特徴とする二次電池の電極組立体。
